The service from the front desk guy is excellent and the hotel is clean and tidy
The location is very good and convenient around
The facilities are average and the sanitary conditions are good, but the corners are still unclean.
It would be better if there is a gym

The hotel is in a good location, in the city. But the hotel is too old, the facilities are average, the rooms are relatively small, and there is no soundproofing. The hotel does not have breakfast, but it is OK for a short stay of one or two days.

I don’t recommend this hotel!
We didn’t have a good experience with the manager and staff of the hotel. Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled to a later date which was out of our control. They didn’t accept to 1. refund our first night we booked but we couldn’t use due to flight cancellation or 2. To change the date, so we had to pay for the new night after the rescheduled flight …they saying that this is the policy full stop, no commercial gesture from their end and they are not flexible at all.
In addition, the hotel is very old and not that cheap and their location is not good (didn’t feel safe). So I recommend that you look for a hotel chain or others that would be better.
We definitely regret to book here based on previous (+) reviews on trip.com!
