If I could give 4.5 I would as there was so much I really liked about this hotel. We came a group of 16 of us and they were very accommodating to the group. The location is ideal a stone throw from all the sites in Perugia and down a lovely side street. The little secret garden where you can have drinks and food is lovely. The rooms were fun as different with interiors and ours the suite had a great view from the bathroom window all over Perugia. A few little things that did not quite get the 5 - I asked for extra toilet roll when I arrived and i had to re ask twice. We were a family of 4 yet only 2 towels were provided. It was hot in the room and that was because they control the air conditioning so you have to ask them to switch it on would have been useful to know that in advance. The service for drinks in the bar was slow and the breakfast I thought could have a few more savoury items. However, all the staff were very lovely and I highly rated the hotel and everyone in our group enjoyed it. If I was staying in Perugia again I would stay here.

Excellent 2 night stay - communication, service, location, clean. Had some troubles with hot water in the shower but it was manageable.

Simply fantastic stay. Modern, clean and comfortable. Staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent, great choice at breakfast, lovely friendly bar. Close to all bars and shops, Thanks to all the wonderful staff, will definitely stay again. Apparently my wife and SiL are going shopping for a weekend and staying there lol. Tip:: ask hotel to get taxi for transfers, we paid @40€ for trip to airport, on line we were quoted €80 one way…

Hotel molto bello, moderno e da poco ristrutturato. La posizione poi è ottima per visitare il bellissimo centro storico.

Really impressive hotel. Located right in the historic centre of Perugia so near to all the areas and buildings of interest. Many good restaurants and bars very close nearby. Reception staff were superb and welcoming. We had balcony room which was probably meant for families with children but it didn’t matter as the room was comfortable and kept immaculately clean. Top quality bedding and towels and toiletries replaced daily. Breakfast area lovely and plenty of choice. We chose well and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Perugia is a hidden gem! Beautiful city. Hotel was in a perfect location, less than a block from Historic Center. The room was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size too. The staff were so incredibly helpful. Very nice! Perugia is just a quick train trip from Assisi and Spello, and the city itself has a lot of history and things to see.

Hotel totalmente ristrutturato in pieno centro a Perugia. Ho apprezzato la cura dei dettagli, lo styling delle camere (moderno ma con mobili di antiquariato ristrutturati molto bene), la cortesia dello staff. Colazione e cena molto buoni. Non do 5 stelle per un piccolo difetto. L'acqua calda impiegava un po' ad arrivare e nell'attesa c'era da far scorrere un sacco di acqua. Uno spreco inutile e poco sostenibile su cui invito la direzione a porvi rimedio, perché la struttura vale assolutamente la pena!

L'hôtel est exceptionnellement bien situé en plein coeur de Pérouse et la rénovation récente lui donne beaucoup de charme. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la terrasse, que ce soit au petit déjeuner (de qualité !) ou pour prendre un verre en fin de journée. Belle chambre et superbe salle de bain. Deux petits bémols: - L'isolation des chambres nous a semblé très moyenne, nous avons été réveillés tôt par les bruits provenant de la chambre d'à côté et du dessus - Le parking est payant (autour de 30€ par jour). Compte tenu de la difficulté à se garer dans le coeur de la ville c'est loin d'être scandaleux, mais il faut le savoir.
