She greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered, her voice sweet and gentle. Check-in was incredibly fast and she was remarkably attentive, proactively pointing out nearby amenities. Her professionalism and gentle demeanor throughout the entire process made my stay even more pleasant. I must especially commend the receptionist. When I arrived, I was carrying several bags and looking a bit disheveled, but she immediately greeted me with a smile, helped me with my things, and made check-in quick and smooth. She even proactively told me where the laundry room was, what time breakfast was served, and mentioned nearby convenience stores that I hadn't even asked about. Her soft, gentle voice and incredibly pleasant attitude instantly relieved my fatigue from traveling. This service was a huge plus, and the environment was also excellent.
