I've stayed at many guesthouses, and this one's rooms matched the pictures perfectly. The environment was very clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the facilities were complete. I highly recommend it; it's great value for money. Parking is never a problem, and I'll definitely come back next time.

The windows on the second floor, street-facing side of the guesthouse are not at all soundproof (they're old-fashioned windows). Starting at 2 AM, there was constant noise from vendors nearby, perhaps due to a market in the vicinity? Everything else about the environment was great, but I really couldn't get any rest. I wasn't informed about this issue during check-in, which negatively impacted my stay.

The guesthouse is located in Dengying Lane, spanning two very famous streets in Linhai: Ziyang Street and Chicheng Road. The room was very clean, and the hotel service was very good. I was supposed to check out before 2:00 PM, but after explaining the situation to the front desk, I checked out at 2:30 PM. The only problem was the soundproofing was a little poor. Last night after 3:00 PM, there were still men and women chatting and laughing next door. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. Originally a business hotel called Dazhong Hotel, it seems they changed the name to 7 Days Hotel.
