Leon1111A clean room, convenient location, I'm not sure if this is Paris service or just this hotel, all the front desk is cold and indifferent

Artyom PetushkovThis is a wonderful, new hotel with a modern design and a very cozy atmosphere. I particularly loved the inner garden and the green area on the rooftop – a rare sense of tranquility for Paris. The staff are very attentive and responsive, always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, which is truly a rarity in Paris. Usually, everything in Paris feels old and worn out, but here, everything is new and thoughtfully designed. I especially want to highlight the incredibly comfortable mattresses and pillows – I slept so well that it was hard to make myself go out and explore the city in the morning. Breakfasts are excellent: a large selection of dishes, fresh juices, fruits, cheeses, fish – everything fresh and delicious. The location isn't in the absolute center, but it's still very pleasant: there's a metro nearby, and you can easily walk to the Louvre and Le Marais in about 20 minutes. The hotel left me with a feeling of comfort, style, and a true Parisian getaway.

Getting there was super easy- I had to check in after midnight and it was great that I could do that without problem. The guy at the desk was lovely and I was charged the city tax (which I expected) and 18 euros for my assistant dog (which I didn’t since they haven’t warned me about that when I asked on an email if I could travel with her.
The room was very comfortable- quite small but still comfortable. The shower super small- is good that I’m petite but be mindful of that tall or larger people- you might want to ask them for a better sized shower.
The room was clean and the temperature nice- I didn’t get my request to stay away from the elevator door so I did hear some guests but it didn’t bother me.
I would have preferred if the room had a fridge and maybe a kettle to make some tea/coffee?
Also, it didn’t have any small toilet towels, as well as no toothpaste or any silverware of anykind- in that sense, you only get showergel/shampoo and soap from a dispenser, a hair dryer and TV & closet with strong case.
But overall, it was very lovely- I definitely would recommend it for shorter stays and location convenience.
I didn’t have breakfast- the woman in charge of that was a bit more dry than the rest of the staff, which were lovely.
She told me I couldn’t enter with my dog- told her she was an assistant dog, then she kind of had to agree- but I preferred going in the neighborhood that has lots of cafes.
Campanille was great!
- the photo is when I left the room, sorry! (I forgot to take one when entering, but was super neat and tidy!)

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also conveniently near the Eiffel Tower. The surrounding area felt very safe and pleasant. chiechamBoth gentlemen at the reception were incredibly kind. The hotel is close to Saint-Lazare station, has an elevator, and the rooms come with air conditioning, a fridge, a bathtub, and an electric kettle – an amazing value for money considering the price. To get there from Saint-Lazare station, take the escalator to the second floor, go through the passage in front of McDonald's, and exit to the right. This way, you won't have to carry heavy luggage up a hill. I would definitely want to stay here again on my next visit to Paris. Thank you for your hospitality!

Hygiene: It was alright, the bathroom was very small but had everything you needed, so it was clean.
Facilities: It was so small you could barely turn around, and a suitcase could only just about open fully.
Service: You had to leave your key at the front desk when you went out, and the elevator would be full with just one person and two suitcases.
The location was actually quite good. There's a supermarket right outside to the left, and a nice breakfast cafe a bit further down. The area also felt very safe.
