GGuest UserThis hotel is a hotel that combines bar, catering and accommodation. After getting off the plane from Edinburgh Airport, we took the tram to the city center and then navigated to walk to the hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station, about three to four hundred meters walk. The rooms, services, and dining at this hotel are all great! They prepared a letter when I checked in. I also wrote a thank you letter to them before leaving. It was very interesting. I will choose their home again next time I come to Edinburgh!

MMhsnHonestly beside the location(most famous street in Edinburgh) the hotel is overally overrated, for example, there is not any shade for terrace for raining times, the room was very small, the livrary always full of members cause there were just about six or seven seats to sit, I think that you can find a better hotel in Edinburgh with this price

OOllieSmithLovely hotel with a really nice vibe. Beds are so comfy. Nice showers and luxury toiletries. Great amenities with snacks, coffee machine, local filter coffee etc in room.
Staff are great and very friendly. Happy hour from 5 to 6pm with free drinks in the bar. Lovely coffee from the conservatory bar. Great selection at breakfast.
All the staff are what makes the hotel so good. Really positive attitudes and always friendly.
Highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserLocation was good, right next to the bus stop. The rooms are carpeted and covered in strange stains which made the stay a little less enjoyable.
