Best Pet Friendly Hotels in Lucca

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The room was spacious, full of character, but had all you needed (air con, kettle, safe, fridge, hairdryer) The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and mentioned we were vegan when we booked. She baked a vegan cake for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! They also offered oat milk. Perfect stay!

Great location - only steps to the city. Also was great in that it had parking available. Staff was very helpful and personable.

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca! Monica was super kind and welcoming. The room was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro. Comfortable bed, very good shower, and air conditioning that made the stay even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Tip for future guests: park your car at Parcheggio Mazzini (near Porta Santa Maria). Grazie Monica! 🌟

Обычно после этих процедур присылают всю необходимую информацию. Но в Лукка шарм такого не случилось) Завтрак - кофе с бутером, либо 2 сладкими булочками в соседнем доме. Сам отель - бывшая квартира, в 2-х его номерах ванная комната (душ + туалет) находятся напротив спален, также есть номер с ванной. В доступности для гостей всегда есть пакетированный чай, капсульный кофе и кофемашина. В номере - холодильник и чайник.

I had booked this facility for a private trip. The structure is beautiful and central. Unfortunately I could not take advantage of the stay because causes disease I could not leave. I am sorry that the structure has such a tight rules that it cannot accept any request for reimbursement/partial reimbursement/change of booking in any way for one reason, among others, a certificate. I know that I have booked the structure from third-party site, The hotel could still accept to move my reservation and I was also willing to pay for the price difference. The staff I had to do with telephone was still kind, I understand that a receptionist cannot The hotel's instructions could be changed, but I think you could have done better. I appreciate the assistance I have received from trip.com, which at least returned me a small number in trip coins. I still plan to re-book in this facility because I don't want to miss this experience of travel.

This place was surprisingly nice in a really cool town that wasn't really on my radar. It's a short distance to the sights and some really good restaurants. It was a little challenging to check-in since the street doesn't have parking and it's hard to find, but ring the bell or connect earlier with the owner and it'll be smooth I'm sure. The parking on site was nice because it's protected from the street, but like all of Europe, pricey. There is also a breakfast option, but didn't spend the money to find out the quality. Rooms are of a really good size, great air conditioner, and bed is comfortable.

Excellent small hotel with full charm and art works everywhere in the corridors. All very well of the basilic. Hanf is a little small but it's a good compromise given the location and price.

We found the room in order and clean with everything necessary to do the shower and spend a quiet night. The location is great if you want to turn between Lucca, Viaggio and Pisa since it is close to all directions

A beautiful and unique place, I recommend it.
