We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The room was spacious, full of character, but had all you needed (air con, kettle, safe, fridge, hairdryer) The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and mentioned we were vegan when we booked. She baked a vegan cake for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! They also offered oat milk. Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca! Monica was super kind and welcoming. The room was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro. Comfortable bed, very good shower, and air conditioning that made the stay even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Tip for future guests: park your car at Parcheggio Mazzini (near Porta Santa Maria). Grazie Monica! 🌟

The environment is very beautiful, the room is OK, it's not the main building but a row of simple rooms outside, not very soundproof, the hot water flow for showering is very small, the breakfast is very good, the service is also good, and the hospitality is very warm.
