GGuest UserMedium sized Italian hotel in great location next to Pisa Tower, very short walk to historic area and busy town life. Hotel is popular and well worn on stairs, reception very helpful, multilingual and provides town map. Hotel accommodated allergy requests, we were blessed with a seated balcony at rear of property, room clean and had all amenities for short stay (no hot drink or fridge facilities in room) but restaurant downstairs for additional cost. Towels, soap provided and TV, hairdryer and air con in room. Book hotel transfers at reception as far more reasonable. Approximately 20-25 min walk from Pisa Central station and thereâs a mini metro from train station to airport (just make sure you leave central station in right direct re town to airport).

GGuest UserStayed for a night here to visit Pisa. The hotel was very close to the tower and other sights so I think itâs worth it for the location if youâre staying for the night. However the hotel is very old and we had some issues in our room. The towels werenât clean, the shower was leaking from the basin, the tv didnât work and the sheets had stains on the them.

TTiziana VariscoThe room allocated was not the room booked. I had booked a double with a couple (and there was) + 2 separate beds: instead of the 2 separate beds there was a double bed sofa. I was answered that it was the site Trip.com that I gave the wrong information and that the room could not be There was no discount on the fact that one of us was sick just before we left could not be there. However, it is a matter of discretion and humanity in the hotel.
The room was in a very nice location with a horrible view of the park in the rear of the hotel, but we didn't take care of it for a night.
The room was cleaned in general, but the tents, applied above other tents in a stock of materials, were ingerted, consumed, sprinkled and dirty, that is, to be in a 4-star hotel were of poor cleaning and quality, I believe.
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite grand and feels very historic, with oil paintings and pianos dotted throughout. I booked a room by the river, and the view was absolutely lovely. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful, providing a map and even highlighting various attractions for me. The only real headache was the toilet flush â the button was incredibly stiff and hard to control, making my finger sore from pressing it so hard. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was still very good.

SShiyeyuanGood point:
1. Good location very close to Pisa Central Station, more than ten minutes walk to the airport.
2. The hotel owner is very warm and the service is very good, and there is no problem with staying at night.
3. The public bathroom is relatively clean and has not encountered crowding.
Bad points:
1. The room is far from as shown in the picture. It is given a room on the ground floor near the garden. It is damp and musty. There is no light at all. There are mosquitoes. The bedding is a combination of thin sheets and blankets. Chinese people may not be used to sleeping.
2. Breakfast with small bread and jam, about equal to no, coffee is OK.
Summary: As a passing hotel for one night, it is still ok.

Tticoeur090Positive points: Convenient because not far from the airport (about 25 min walk), same distance to get to the Tower of Pisa. Quite a few shops, restaurants and snacks in the area. Friendly staff.
Negative points: When we arrived in the evening around 7:30 p.m., the door was closed and after ringing about ten times, no one to open the door for us. No one inside. We finally called the number displayed on the door to be given the entry code and the room number where the key was waiting for us. You had to know that!
Breakfast not very varied.
But above all, no air conditioning in my room, a real oven.
Good for one night when arriving or departing....
