"Everything is good and great history of the Hotel and Anna being the wife of General Gabriala and except that there is only stairs leading to the hotel rooms, if you have big luggage that would be a bit difficult for transporting all luggage’s in and out. But the river view and the cleanliness compensated everything."

AAnonymous UserIndependent small yard, the car can be parked inside, 5 euros per night, but pay attention to the check-in time, the luggage storage time should also be paid attention to, the hotel should respect the operator's schedule, it is not as convenient as a regular hotel.

WWendyNg2205Absolutely stubbing! Our best hotel for this Europe trip of 2 weeks. Huge room, huge toilet with rain shower. Great hospitality and perfect location near the train station as well. Walking distance to attractions and nice restaurants. Well done!

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and tidy, but the rooms were small; they were quite cramped after the rollaway bed was unfolded. The drain had a slight odor.
Toiletries and a kettle were provided in the room, along with a bottle of water for each person.
The hotel restaurant offers à la carte dining, and there's a shopping mall with a large supermarket a few minutes' walk away.
When we checked in, we encountered two tour buses carrying large groups. Breakfast was inadequate; the plates for hot dishes were all empty, and the cold dishes consisted of only three types of ham, one type of cheese, and a small amount of cucumber and carrot slices, which were not fresh. There was also some bread, jam, dried fruit, and two types of fruit.
There are free parking spaces downstairs.
TTiziana VariscoThe room allocated was not the room booked. I had booked a double with a couple (and there was) + 2 separate beds: instead of the 2 separate beds there was a double bed sofa. I was answered that it was the site Trip.com that I gave the wrong information and that the room could not be There was no discount on the fact that one of us was sick just before we left could not be there. However, it is a matter of discretion and humanity in the hotel.
The room was in a very nice location with a horrible view of the park in the rear of the hotel, but we didn't take care of it for a night.
The room was cleaned in general, but the tents, applied above other tents in a stock of materials, were ingerted, consumed, sprinkled and dirty, that is, to be in a 4-star hotel were of poor cleaning and quality, I believe.
AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room.
I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic.
The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go.
A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive.
The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean.
Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum.
Thank you for the rest.
