Outstanding

MMr. CharoensupI had an incredible 2-night stay at Best World Vision Villa in Koh Samui. The hospitality was superb from start to finish. The view from the villa was breathtaking, and the pool was sparkling clean. The rooms were beautifully done up and very comfortable. One highlight was the BBQ seafood dinner we requested. It was prepared with a classy table setting and featured more than 8 delicious dishes, just for the two of us. The whole team was exceptional, with Mr. Joey and Seyha coordinating our stay flawlessly. I highly recommend booking their villa’s driver, as he is very experienced with the challenging mountain roads. Driving there can be quite dangerous for someone unfamiliar with the area. For convenience, you can also order Grab food delivery, but be mindful to do so when it’s not raining, as the steep roads can be slippery for the riders. They also have an in-villa dining menu, which offers excellent service and delicious options. Despite being very affordable, this villa provides the best views and an outstanding overall experience. I can’t wait to return!

GGuest UserQuite a new hotel, open in Jan 2024. Very Nice and clean in which the designer looks into every little detailing in designing the room. All the staff are very friendly and polite. I book a room with private pool but upon check in, there is no bathtub in the room. So we request to change room with bathtub, their friendly staff, Nat, show us the room, help to change and upgrade the room for us. Hotel is near lots of nice restaurants and places of interest. Breakfast food provided is very nice and we enjoy the breakfast very much for 3 days. They provide activities like pilates, hydro fit exercise in the morning and evening and free ice-cream and 1 For 1 drinks at the poolside. Overall, a very nice and friendly hotel which we will come back again.

GGuest UserThis is a luxury villa. banana Fan. It is in jungle and remote. So prepare to either be chilled and stay in, calling grabs, or get a car. Pro - jungle setting - remote - Villa design amazing - pool was amazing. Clean. - nice gym but cant use in night as too dark to move around. Con - I think room cleaning can be improved - There is no restaurant on site. Bummer. Breakfast was basically croissant, yoghurt Fruit. They did specify on website but just a reminder if you missed it. - we called the in room massage service (they outsource) - bad idea. Ladies were disinterested and on phone!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. The ground floor room with a private pool was incredibly convenient; the pool was large and not as crowded as public ones. Breakfast offered both buffet and à la carte options, and the juice was delicious. A special shout-out to JEAB (I think that's how it's spelled) at the front desk – she was enthusiastic, patient, and provided excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Koh Samui.

GGuest UserGot room 403 with a garden view. The room was beautiful and had a good atmosphere. However, the way to the accommodation was quite deserted. The accommodation is on a mountain, perfect for people who love nature. It was a shame that there was a storm when we went.

LLewisbyI stayed at Conrad and Kimpton hotels on this trip to Koh Samui. There's no harm in comparing them. The hotel's location isn't difficult to find; just follow Google Maps for directions. It's very close to Fisherman Village. Check-in was smooth. The lobby is stylish and unique. Being off-season, it was less crowded, and the overall environment was peaceful. However, upon entering the room, I noticed the hotel wasn't well maintained. The paint on the bathtub was peeling. The pool and the wooden floor outside the room were warped and uneven. The stone in the pool is very easy to cut. When I was about to shower after a dip, I found there wasn't enough hot water. It's hard to imagine such issues at this price point. Also, the room design made it difficult to open my luggage. My 26-inch and 20-inch luggage had to be handled by the coffee machine in the hallway. The beach sand was very coarse, and I couldn't walk barefoot for a few steps without wearing flip-flops. I also saw a lot of anglers, which was a bit strange and detracted from the experience. In the evening, I watched the fire show at the hotel bar. It was nothing like the one in Chaweng. It felt perfunctory and not exciting at all. The hotel has numerous sweet spots, offering 24-hour ice cream and drinking water. The staff are friendly and proactive. However, the amenities don't justify the room rate. It feels like a purely check-in hotel. If you're not particularly fond of the W brand, there are other better options.
