Não recomendo a pousada, atendimento ruim, tivemos problemas com a água quente que não funcionava... se negaram a devolver o valor pago dizendo que iriam resolver o problema da água quente mas não foi resolvido! Tomamos banho frio, tinha barata no quarto.... Experiência horrível!

Linda , aconchegante , próxima de tudo, acomodações impecáveis, bom atendimento, café da manhã maravilhoso, opção de Netflix e prime com a nossa conta , chuveiro 🚿 delicioso , roupas de cama macia, cama gostosa.Jardim lindo, restaurante anexo a pousada . Rua leva lateral direto ao museu imperial.

Me decepcionei
Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. Mas hotel tem muito barulho. Cantaram parabéns às 7h da manhã de domingo. O quarto 207 é muiiiiito pequeno. O banheiro é micro. Eu cmnso consegui me enxugar dentro do banheiro. Vc nao consegue escivar os dentes na pua com a porta aberta. Vcctem que entrar e fechar. Todo cheiro da cozinha sibe oara o meu quarto alem de a todo momento barukho de descarga do quarto vizinho. A localização é o unico ponto forte. E o cafe da manha é muito bom.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem, do atendimento( todos estão de parabéns! Recepcionistas, manobristas, copeiros, todos os funcionários são nota 10). Café da manhã atendeu nossas expectativas. O chuveiro com temperaturas à gosto, funcionando muito bem ! Quarto e banheiro super limpos .A única observação que temos é o tamanho do quarto e o fator de não ter uma mesinha c/ cadeiras. Mas gostamos muito e queremos voltar. Deixamos nossos agradecimentos a todos da Pousada Catedral.

Não ficamos bem acomodados no apt 114 pois fica ao lado da cozinha do hotel e quando fomos dormir havia muito barulho de pratos, louças e atividades no cômodo, mesmo após encerramento do horário de jantar. Somos um casal com uma criança e a agitação atrapalhou nossa boa estadia. O custo não reflete os benefícios entregues e não recomendaria aos nossos conhecidos.
