We have been repeat customers of the Wellness Hotel Waldsagmuhle over a period of 15 years. It is so lovely that although we live in Australia, our European visits always include a trip to this hidden gem in the Schwarz Wald (Black Forrest), if only to have a coffee and one of their glorious pieces of Black Forrest Cake. We know they are celebrating their 60th Anniversary this year, and we want to wish Sabine and her family a wonderful celebration and to say we wish we could ne there. Nous avions réservé une suite avec 2 chambres et avons été agréablement surpris: immense, soignée, propre, bien équipée avec notamment 2 salles de bains. Des peignoirs et serviettes de piscine étaient aussi fournis. Le petit déjeuner-buffet était copieux et varié. Les dîners à la carte étaient bons mais la carte des desserts n'est pas très fournie. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de la nouvelle piscine extérieure mais avons regretté le manque de transats. Il était impossible de rester à l'intérieur car la piscine intérieure était monopolisée par des enfants bruyants sans respect des autres clients. Il est également dommage que personne ne parle le français dans l'établissement et que le personnel à la réception n'aille pas plus vers la clientèle. Bonne situation en plein coeur de la forêt pour de magnifiques balades au coeur de la nature!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, toller Spa-Bereich, super leckeres Essen sowie freundliches Personal. Insbesondere die Chefin ist sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit E-Bikes kostengünstig auszuleihen. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Kurztrip gewesen.

Wir waren in Ostern mit dem kleinen. Es handelt sich um kein Familien Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter vom Restaurant waren unfreundlich und sogar haben Sie den Osterhase auf dem Frühstückstisch zu legen für mein 3 jährliches Kind. Es ist überhaupt nicht ein Familien Hotel.

Le gros point fort de l'hôtel ce sont les nouvelles chambres, les suites, elles sont magnifiques et immenses ( 70m2 pour 4 personnes) , décorées avec beaucoup de goût. En duplex avec une chambre et une salle de bains pour les enfants à l'étage et une très belle vue. Netflix sur la télé. Le point à améliorer serait les 2 salles de restaurant, assez vieillottes elles mériteraient un bon coup de rafraichissement pour être plus moderne . Les repas sont bons ( nous étions en pension complète), buffet petit déjeuner bien fourni, les viennoiseries sont très bonnes, bcp de choix de pain. A 14h30 il y a un petit buffet ( soupe + charcuterie/ fromage/ desserts) servi au SPA, il vaut mieux venir parmi les premiers car il n'y a pas de réassort. Pour le dîner nous avions le choix entre 3 menus: viande/ poisson/ végétarien. Le SPA est globalement bien mais il manque un jacuzzi. Nous avons également testé les massages, il vaut mieux réserver à l'avance si vous voulez être sûr d'avoir un créneau. La salle de sport contient qq appareils cardio pour s'entretenir ainsi qu'un banc de musculation avec qq poids Pas de réseau téléphonique au sein de l'hôtel mais bonne connexion WIFI Personne ne parle français dans l'hôtel, les allemands devraient faire un effort sur ce point là pour les nombreux touristes alsaciens. Personnel sympathique

Ouderwets Duits hotel midden in de bossen. Geweldig vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie. Lekkere ruime suite in het nieuwe gedeelte van het hotel. Fijne bedden diverse kussens en een tas met badjassen en handdoeken voor de wellness. Wellness is nieuw aangebouwd en heeft ruime keus aan sauna’s allemaal schoon en warm. Mooi binnen en buiten zwembad. We waren op doorreis maar hadden best langer willen blijven. Restaurant met uitstekende Duitse keuken met vlotte vriendelijke bediening. Kortom in Nederland kunnen we nog veel leren van de Duitse ‘Gemütlichkeit‘

Wir haben drei wunderschöne Tage im Hotel Waldsägmühle verbracht: leckeres Essen, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr schöner und sauberer Wellness-Bereich, ruhiger Ort, schönes Zimmer, nur die Matraze war ein bisschen zu hart für uns. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder!!
