We stayed 4 nights at this hotel Overall the facilities are second to none and the staff is really friendly. But there were some things that surprised us a bit. Example 1 Upon arrival we got the opportunity to pay 30 % upfront. If we didn’t do that, we didn’t have the opportunity to put drinks, food etc. on the room, but we would instead have to pay cash (or credit card) each time. We asked why, but we didn’t really get an explanation about why that was the policy. We have never tried to pay deposit like that on a 5 star hotel before. Example 2 As mentioned earlier there are nothing to put on the staff. They are super service minded, polite and friendly. But when we are at a hotel like this, we expected the staff to at least speak some English. Of course some of them spoke ok English, but in general we used a lot of pictures and Google translate, just to be able to communicate properly. Example 3 Mini bar selection. When you open the freeze in the room it is empty. So the concept is that you shall contact them every time you want something. The selection was a little poor in our opinion. For instance no chips, Oreos etc, but just mainly something to drink.

Wonderful resort in a tropical, well-maintained garden. Additionally paid massage is good value for money. Breakfast - wide choice of tasty dishes. Later in the afternoon - restaurant a la carte. Staff - really friendly and helpful. Pleasant, relaxing stay after 10-day-travelling around Vietnam. Pools - really refreshing water, nice pool bar. Beach - fine, wide but the sea rather rough in February, rather for surfing, kite surfing not swimming. I recommend the stay here. Unfortunately, the area outside the resort premises - poor, dirty and neglected.

I wanted to go to a quiet and secluded hotel rather than a resort.
The atmosphere is nice and the hotel surrounds the swimming pool in the center.
The landscaping is pretty and the pool is quite deep, so it would be nice to play in a small tube.
The bed in the accommodation was soft and pretty. I had a lot of requests, but they kindly provided everything.
I made a reservation to go to Mui Ne or Ho Chi Minh City, but it was too vague.
I told the staff if it was possible to pick it up in front of the hotel, and they called and changed it.
(The boarding location has also changed in the app)
The hot water worked well and I rented a motorcycle to enjoy the bokeh distance.
It was my first time riding a motorcycle and I was scared at first because it was so heavy.
It's so comfortable once you get used to it! Bicycles are free, but the bokeh distance is very long!

Two people can use one motorcycle, so if there are two people, get one.
When renting two cars, ask them to put 1 liter of oil in half.
(I used 1 liter each for 2 days)

The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

I went to rest quietly, so basically in the room watching coconut trees reading books and playing mobile phones, evening in the beach walk.
The total breakfast buffet is small, and the restaurant menu does not have pictures.
There is a small shop opposite the hotel that tastes good, that is, there are more dust.

This small boutique resort surpassed our expectations with excellent service, food and comfort. The pool, which overlooked the beautiful bay, was inviting, clean and well cared for. Our room was spacious and very clean, included all the amenities we needed. On arrival we were greeted by beautiful, smiling staff who did very well conversing in English. They looked after us very well for the 5 days we stayed. Massages were great and inexpensive, the food was delicious and the service was lovely. This place should be commended for the pleasant and enthusiastic staff. The one (big) downside was that the beach was unavailable for use. The severe damage and erosion from recent storms meant they had to install those unsightly massive sandbags to reconstruct the beach. The reconstruction was very loud and distracting on and off for a few days, however the staff were very apologetic and the work needs to be done fast, so it was out of their hands. I feel that we should have been forewarned and given the option to move to a different resort. It DID NOT change the great, relaxing time we had at the resort though.

What let me to this hotel was its pool. Never trusting the images, I asked. It was said 22 meters, but in fact 18.4 meters, more than adequate for exercising. I swam 72 laps every morning. The room was overlooking the infinity pool and both were facing the sea. We were a family of 3, 77, 56 and 10 years of age. Room had 2 beds. Perfect. And the bathroom was very interesting in itself with a skylight ceiling. And the best selection of soaps and creams in any hotels I have visited, and that is many. Breakfast a la carte, very good, very good helpings and very tasty. More than adequate. The cleaning-, kitchen- and pool staff did an excellent job. The receptionist could communicate better and lacked sufficient English skills. We stayed for 4 nights and was very happy wit the stay. But the Internet was very unstable with upload speeds from 0.000 bits to 9MBits. But I managed. See pictures for more Internet details.

Сейчас в отеле, номера, питание, территория достойного европейского уровня. Апгрейд номеров через дорогу на стандарт у моря 400 000донгов, на бунгало 1000 000донгов в день. Отель в меру заполнен. Цены на все в отеле сильно выше чем на улице. Территория вся в зелени, из живности замечены ящерицы, белки, большие тараканы, одна крыса, но никто не напрягает. Завтраки достойные, питание на улице дешевле и лучше. Дают бесплатные велосипеды, ржавое ломье, один не доехал до выхода, на втором спадала цепь каждый км, чуть докатили назад, руки по локоть в смазке, но при упорство можно доскрипеть километров 10-15 на свой страх и риск, со второй попытки доехали до рыбацкой деревни. В море купаться комфортно до обеда, потом прилив и сильные волны, есть волнорез вдоль берега, пару раз ужалили медузы (их немного но здоровенные) до волдырей, вроде само проходит. Дожди есть только в прогнозах. Из цен на улице: дуриан 100 000донгов за кг, фреши 15 000, кокос 20 000, суп фо 50 000, ужин примерно 300 000, качественный ром 160-200 000, пиво 13 000, такси в хошимин 75 долларов. Туристов мало, ресторанчики все пустые. Итог: тель хороший, удачно расположен, для спокойного нетусовочного отдыха, могу рекомендовать к заказу

We were only here for 2D1N and was allowed to early check-in with additional charges. It was a great stay with fantastic breakfast offerings and great pool facilities and beautiful view of the beach. The location is very near Fairy Stream too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself was beautiful, and the service provided by the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The pool and pool area were fantastic, also the Beach offering a great place to relax with a superb view. Additionally, the food was delicious, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and enjoyable stay.

GGuest User1/ The location of this resort is in a sea area with a lot of waste oil. The sand on the shore has a lot of black sand that looks like oil or is not clean. This is a heavy minus point that I will hardly come back to the resort again.
2/ Catering services including breakfast buffet, gym, yoga practice are generally good.
3/ The major minus point and I will not choose to return to this resort is the power outage in the room many times during the night (shutdown and then shut down and then open ....) I went in the middle of July when the rainy season started but I couldn't sleep because there was no air conditioning. One night I had to wake up many times to turn on the air conditioner because the hot kids couldn't sleep.
4/ The bed has a waterproof mattress and pillow cover that rustles every time you turn it over... in general, it makes people unable to sleep well. Without a good night's sleep, people have wild dreams, some of my friends say it's like this resort has a problem (spiritual...) so they sleep around :). I have the same problem, so I don't know what to do.
5/ My family was almost forced to compensate for the slippers because the children carried them around between rooms (they found the slippers). I think I agree to pay compensation for the loss of slippers but it must be a brand new pair of slippers, and the resort sandals are old and very old, I don't know how to compensate if I lose my slippers, I must be very upset. I say that because surely no one will take such old slippers. Sorry I don't have a picture of the shoes.
Hope this information helps the resort to further improve its services.

GGuest UserOur stay at the Grace Boutique Resort was nothing short of incredible. It is owned by Van and his wife who are two of the most lovely people we met in Mui Ne. The rooms were clean, air conditioned, and beautiful. The hotel is right on the beach and has a beautiful pool as well. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast included with the booking, and Van would greet us and speak with us about our plans for the day. He was extremely helpful in booking our activities for us and was always happy to assist in any way he could. There were two adorable dogs that would hang around the grounds as well. Highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Mui Ne!

GGuest UserThe place is quaint with lots of plants, a few cat, couple dogs, some birds, lizards etc. we booked it for the kids. The pool is a bit small. There are too many ants due to the nature of the house. The ants are small and harmless but I didn’t like that.
The room is huge, I think it can sleep 10 in a row as it’s got 3 king size beds in a row!
The pool is quite small.
There’s a small market in the morning right outside the home stay where you can buy fruits and local foods which is nice. The sellers are extremely friendly and they don’t try to over charge because you’re a foreigner. The local restaurants are also quite good for simple noodles and rice for cheap prices.
The location is quite far from town so it’ll cost about 130k to go to town.
The owners speak English well, very friendly and help to book taxis etc.

GGuest UserAt first, i get a room with street/ city view, it s quite noisy and there are mosquitos. After getting the support from trip.com and staff An from the resort I got a really great room. It was a clean and nice room with garden view and great balcony, we enjoyed the great sound of waves at night time, it was so nice and peaceful. The balcony is big enough for 3-4 people do yoga hahaha but Im not a big fan.
After getting upgrade for the garden view, i highly recommend this resort!
Breakfast was free flow ala cart menu with so nice yogurt and beef stew etc typical Vietnamese breakfast. Staffs are friendly n well prepared to serve us. I really love it.
Finally, it was good experience though a bit trouble from the first room they gave me. I do appreciate when staffs are keen to change to a better room and willing to offer us better service when I have inform them the issue regarding to room’s quality

The beach is so nice, they have a swing, we sat there and enjoy the sea … so peaceful, there are totally no big ships at the sea, we could see local people doing their fishing job while swimming in the sea water, really nice experiences.

AAza_TcccIf you're looking for a quiet place outside of the city, look no more. I loved the private beach, it was much cleaner than the rest of the shore. The sunrise walk on the beach is the must! Red dunes are also only 5 minutes away.
Breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of the day.
Be aware that the pool only works till 6 pm. The gym was really cool. New equipment, open till 9.
The staff was incredible, always smiling, helpful, and attentive. Shout out to receptionists Thang!

LlucyhonghongThe hotel is strategically located on the busiest commercial street in Mui Ne. It is also very convenient to eat around. The internal environment of the hotel is beautiful, the guests are almost all European and American, the front desk does not speak Chinese, but it is very welcoming, and the breakfast is very rich. I have my own private beach. I like the lounge chairs on the beach. The downside is that the facilities in the room are a bit dated.

3329carolnLocation is wonderful! However, needs a few billion dong invested to bring it to a clean working resort. Staff are all teenagers (we have only seen two adults) and they have to consult each other before a decision can be made. Our rooms are relatively clean but furniture broken and ripped. Can’t say it was cheap by Vietnam’s standards. When we booked we were told breakfast was included however, when we checked in we had to pay for the breakfasts.
