This is one of the worst hotels I have booked. I have already paid and when I get there, they told me that the room I booked is not available and I have to pay more for the other one. Also they asked me to pay 100$ for the deposit!!. The room is not clean and the shower is leaking. The smell is bad. I don’t recommend any human being to book this hotel.

Couldn't be more satisfied!! I love it here it's very homey and relaxing you really feel like you're at home .....the staff especially the women at the front desk are so sweet and respectful they take care of you and really make you feel like you belong there and are wanted !! They are never rude or unprofessional and they def put a smile on my face every morning thanks ladies :) I would highly recommend staying here esp if your looking to stay a longer term stay trust me you will not be disappointed.......also the rooms are beautiful and clean the most comfortable soft beds .....I won't be going anywhere else for a while :)

I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone I known looking for somewhere to stay. Whether it is just an overnight stay or long term extended stay makes you feel right at home. The staff is wonderful. Very pleasant extremely helpful and kind. 10/10!

Worst experience in 22 trips from the attitude at check in to going to our room and finding a roach infestation one running on the bed spread 4 in the kitchen. We checked out and stayed elsewhere management should be ashamed of the service and pest issue. To add to it no shuttle to airport

Customer service are always with a gentle smile the spacious hotel room an accomendations are clean the queen size bed supports my back with exstreme comfort an it feels like a vacation in your hometown.With spacious rooms for your pet the entire family and friends all may visit and have a comfortable place in their own city that will help us all relax

I gave you a rating of one only because of a few nice staff members, but as for the hotel room it was loaded with cockroaches! I woke up to find one in my hair and another in bed with me and my husband. We stayed there in July also and the smell in the room was disgusting. We told management about the problems, but they did nothing. We hoped it would get better, but it only has gotten worse! If you don't want little critters going home with you avoid this place at all costs! DLF

Definitely the WORST hotel I’d ever stayed at in my entire life. The staff was decent and helpful but the check in desk wreaked of Pot.The hotel room had sticky floors to the point where I was afraid to walk around bare foot. Mind you I booked a room with a mini kitchen. There was a dead roach in the middle of the tub. I had to wash that down the drain that conveniently doesn’t drain well. Then when I woke up the next morning there were 5-6 baby roaches inside the tub as well. I also found one crawling on the other queen bed. Everything was sticky, I’ve never been so grossed out and excited to leave a hotel in my life. I even spoke to someone that had stayed here before and she said that the big infestation had “gotten better” and that it was worse than this to the point she had too “carry a raid can to bed”. This was just something I’d never experienced. I will not be staying here ever again. Shame on extended stay America for allowing this kind of service.

The room was clean, but it did have a moldy smell and the hallways also had a bad smell, not sure if it was carpets but definitely overwhelming smells. Personal very attentive and helpful, I would give the place a better rate if they would get rid off the bad moldy smell

Yes she was amazing very helpful, I'll be back again, check in was quick very friendly polite. My room was clean the manager was very helpful as well if you need a place to call home I recommend this place to stay I hope they both get a raise very soon
