The customer service team and Jane were fabulous. She is really an Angel. A beautiful soul. She is fantastic and right on point with everything we needed. I have never met a harder one worker. I hope she gets a raise soon ❤️. Such a blessing to our family while we were 3000 miles away from home to see our dad in hospital.

Good: recently renovated. pool
Ok: covid breakfast. I've seen better (breakfast sandwiches, heatable eggs, etc), and I've seen worse (nutrition bars and juice).

Hotel is dated but clean, the elevator was a bit sketchy as it made odd noises and was jerky when moving, pool was a little dirty (but we did notice someone had cleaned it at some point as it was clearer the second time we saw it - we never used the pool but others seemed happy enough with it), included breakfast was a usual continental with some hot and some cold options, the staff were friendly. Location was right off the interstate, so some rooms have a potential for being close to the highway noise (but ours was fine).

Room was clean but oddly arranged. TV stand positioned in middle of room making it difficult to watch from the bed. Most of the staff was friendly. Not in a great location in terms of accessibility to dining or entertainment if you are like us and used Lyft or Uber instead of renting a car.
