My wife and I had a very satisfactory stay at this hotel for 5 nights in late August. The number one best thing about the hotel is the excellent staff, in every department. All employees were friendly, hard-working, capable and professional. The restaurants, bars and facilities were clean, modern and very comfortable. We used the spa, G & J Steak House, Lowry & Cotton, Phoenician Tavern, Thirsty Camel and Marketplace. Great service is continuous throughout every venue. The rooms were clean and comfortable but could use a little refreshment as we noticed patio furniture was worn and outdated. Electrical outlets and USB charging stations were numerous and convenient. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were not that great and could use some work. Public areas were clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The garden areas were well well kept and fun to explore. It was too hot to use the pool area while we were there but we explored it and noticed separate adult-only and family areas. All staff were great but kudos to everyone below: In G & J Steak House great service by Austin and his team. At breakfast each morning we were given great service by Rachel, Earnesto and Christine in Mowery & Cotton. One night we ate dinner in Mowery and credit Cristian with a great experience. Bryce at the front desk did an outstanding job at checkin and when we needed to make a couple of changes to our reservation. Celia in housekeeping was wonderful and went out of her way to say hello even after say had moved from our building to look after other hotel property.

It is a Grand Resort however there was a problem with the pools, the grounds were a bit in disrepair, there were areas roped off, doorways closed off for repair.

View was of the roof, air condition didn’t work, no plastic bags in garbage cans, no fridgerator for our baby food, etc. Pool was filthy, dirty with hair etc.

It’s a nice place but not great

Beautiful property. Pool service was a bit slow. Walls are thin. Guessing we were in an area where a company event was being held as it was really loud between 1-3am.
