We stayed in this hotel for a month and I will say honestly, this hotel reminds me of a tavern. You will take out the trash yourself and the room will be cleaned very rarely. The bed linen was changed once in a month. It is very far from the beach. And whoever writes that it is not bad here is either a pure lie or people have never seen anything better in this life. And, yes, the TV does not work. The hotel is very budget, but I thought that at least the floors in the rooms were washed occasionally. Everything is really bad and almost all the tourists I spoke with said this.

Pros: there is a bathroom, good water pressure. Sevik is across the road. You can quickly get to the party street. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach.
Cons: the room is dirty, shabby, it felt like it hadn't been cleaned before us. The bed linen is gray, stained. I didn't really want to lie down on it. There were very few sockets and half didn't work. During our 5 days of stay, they never cleaned up - although there was a sign on the door asking for cleaning and I heard the girls walking past the door
