However, our heartfelt apology on some inconveniences that you had encountered during your time of stay and also for not meeting your expectation on the design of our entrance and lobby. For the bathtub overflow drain in the bathroom of the room that you had stayed, rest assured that this has been fixed and we had taken immediate actions to ensure this will not happen again to any of our rooms. For the room lightning, it is a bit dim as we use warm light bulbs for most of our rooms. But we already started changing the light bulb of some of our rooms to that of the brighter one and our guests can inform our team at the reception or housekeeping to change the light bulb in their room if they found it a bit dim or not bright. As for the design of the entrance and lobby, our hotel management are making the assessment and will implement improvement on it. We are glad that our location gave you an easy access to the places you wanted to go in Patong and the air conditioner and bed provided you comfort during your stay with us. As much as we are delighted to receive your positive remarks, we are sorry to learn that some of our services did not meet your expectation. We would like then to extend our sincerest apology. Our housekeeping team never missed to arrange honeymoon decoration for our guests specially if this information has been marked in our system. As we checked the history of your reservation, this information was marked together with the food & beverage gift voucher which we have provided that you can use to celebrate the occasion. Thus, it is unusual that this was not arranged and we deeply apologized for it. For the loud sound, this came from the neighboring properties. As the period of your stay was the peak of the New Year’s Eve celebration, every corner in Patong celebrated it with music and fireworks since this occasion is only once in a year. However, we can ensure that after the New Year’s Eve, the silence is back and there is no more noise that you can hear at night time. For the iphone charger socket, we regret to say that we do not have it. We only have adapter that our guests can borrow for free in case they needed it. As for the key card, we have reviewed our current policy for it and set a new one to prevent the situation you had gone through from happening again. Once again, our heartfelt apology that we were not able to serve you a memorable hotel experience. As we continue to achieve our goal in providing the best service to our guest, we assure that we will keep improving.
