Quite a good hotel for reasonable money. The staff is friendly, all wishes are heard and satisfied immediately. The pools are clean. We did not have breakfast, we cannot evaluate the food, but in general the price - quality is quite consistent.

Понравился отель. В хорошем состоянии. Просторный номер, большой балкон, на котором приятно проводить время. Есть всё необходимое. Даже пляжные подстилки. На территории есть бар, массажный салон (массаж мне там понравился). И сама территория красивая. Еще отличное расположение👍🏾 Из минусов кондиционер дует прямо на кровать и не регулируется так, чтобы спать было комфортно. Не очень удобные подушки и жаркое одеяло. В остально рекомендую

This happens very rarely, but it happened to us! The hotel has many private, cozy corners, beautiful healthy fish in the pond and you can ask and feed them with special food! We were with a 3-year-old child and in Tuane everything is thought out for kids: a room full of toys and a children's pool with slides and other things! The breakfast is very tasty, a large selection of dishes, cartoons are shown in the dining room and the child is in no hurry to run away, giving everyone the opportunity to eat! Very convenient, free transfer between hotels, you can visit different places in Phuketa without extra costs! The location is very convenient!!! Far from the road, no unnecessary noise, but at the same time a 5-minute walk from the beach and a wonderful children's park!!! The park is absolutely free and very successful, the children like it there!!! The cleaning at the hotel is also excellent, the floors, towels, and bed were all washed and changed every day! Thank you for the happy 5 days!!!

For older people or with small children, I would recommend rooms with access to the pool, very convenient. At the hotel, you can pay for services with a deposit, we went for a massage, bought ice cream, sometimes had dinner. The dinner is quite justified, for a change you can try. If you wish, they can fry fish, shrimp, crab. The location is also excellent, close to the sea, many cafes, shops. We have only positive impressions of this hotel.

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, even including the youth hostels I stayed in before. The sanitary conditions are very poor, the toilet is dirty and smelly, the smell of a public toilet, if you think this is subjective, then I tell you that I also saw spider webs in the shower. The floor is dirty, the bed is dirty, and there is a bad smell. The hotel is very noisy, there is a restaurant in the middle, and it will sing until about 10 o'clock in the evening. You can hear the voices of everyone passing by in the corridor. Looking at the google review, many people have had their money stolen. I will never come again.
