I liked the hotel. We stayed in a family room. Comfortable beds, large balcony, good quiet air conditioners. Beautiful view of the mountains.
There are several swimming pools on the territory. There are slides for children.
I liked the location. There are many cafes and shops around. The entrance to Kata Beach is nearby.

The rooms are great but a bit tired. No customer focus whatsoever. I was especially surprised by the music by the pool blaring until 23.20.
The pools could be cleaned better.

We are in it. Before that we lived on the same beach but further and without a pool. A big bonus is the pool with a children's area and the pool itself is large.
Excellent breakfasts!! The main promenade along the beach is 2 minutes away.
There is a massage right next to the beach, the cost is the same as on the main promenade.

We traveled to Phuket after the heavy rain. The hotel room service was particularly thoughtful. The next day, due to language barriers, the front desk customer service specially taught us how to use the taxi app and helped us choose a reliable driver. The entire trip and stay was particularly pleasant!
