The hotel facilities are too old, I don't know how it got the four-diamond rating. I originally booked two nights, and wanted to change hotels the next day. The hotel refused to refund, and I would rather waste a night than stay. In the end, Ctrip compensated me 100. The bathroom was like this, and I was shocked when I opened the door. The room doors were all wooden doors, and the room cards were all wooden strips. The rooms renovated in 2009 would not be like this. Choose carefully

The rooms are old and dirty, the bathroom walls smell bad, not the ones in the trip image and they are in relation to the nearby building, we could not use it.

Pet friendly what I looking for but the room is very old and should be renovated. I was very unimpressed with the housekeeping. The bed sheets and towels were so old that I didn't dare to use them. Coz no matter how much I spent from the hotel is, the cleanliness of the equipment is the standard for hotels at every price level. Also I booked the deluxe room but I m not sure I got what I booked for, it was looked like a standard room. I’m very disappointed here.
However, all the receptionists and staff, especially in the restaurant, were all very nice.
My mother is a vegetarian. The chef prepared a special meal for her out from the buffet line breakfast. I appreciate it!
The view of the rice fields next to the mountain is fantastic. I have a toy dog good for him to walks around. Extra charge for pet was acceptable. And good location in town connect to 2 beaches.
Overall I’ll give 2/5 for this place. I prioritize cleanliness!!!!
