The hotel service is good and the environment is very clean. The staff will enthusiastically introduce to you what to eat and play nearby. The location is also good, just opposite Patong Beach, and there is a 7-11 next to it.

We were very pleased and glad that we came to visit and stay at Liv simply because our family member who came the last time spoke highly about the room and it’s location that strategically located at Patong. To add up the stars, we were so glad to meet up with the friendly mgmt team and staffs who are all so kind and hospitable during our stay. Kudos to Nick for recommending us a delicious Thai restaurant for lunch, we really enjoyed our meal there. Keep up the great work Liv! We will come back again someday! 💪🏻💪🏻😊😊

This is more like a B&B. The rooms are larger, but the breakfast options are smaller and the facilities are not bad. The boss is a nice foreigner who chats with customers every day. The location is a bit far from the city center.
