Bad, bad, bad! The attitude of the front desk of this hotel is very bad. When I booked the room type this time, I looked at the pictures on the trip which led to misleading information. I got the wrong room type in the book. When I went to the hotel, I was told that it was impossible to change the room. I couldn't even compare the money. And You won’t go wrong if you go to Qudi’s official website to book. The manager you asked for was not willing to help solve the problem. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and I didn’t want to ask him to stay in this room type. Moreover, the attitude of the front desk was so bad. In the end, the hotel refused to refund the money. I have to find a hotel again at the last minute, which is a waste of half a day. I don’t recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

The location is not within walking distance to any convenient stores and I found that to be a bit of a nuisance. Bolt drivers would ask for an extra fair to drive me back up the mountain to my hotel. The hotel rooms are clean. But I wouldn’t stay here next time.

The room is the same as the pictures on the Internet. The whole hotel is very big. It is on the top of the mountain. The hotel public facilities are relatively good. The swimming pool faces the sea with a good view. I strongly recommend their own restaurant in the hotel! I personally think it is very delicious! During my stay, I ordered food every afternoon. I can sit and enjoy the scenery for an afternoon. Hahaha, and you can see the sea. It feels like a cliff restaurant. The service is also very good.
