Very spacious room and nice pool. Unfortunately, there was a new construction site on the next door plot, so very noisy during the day during my stay.

Average hotel to stay 1 night.
The staff are helpful but the place seems a little abandoned.
The room was normal for the price but the bathroom is just very ugly who is the person who had the ideia to put the floor green, not confortabpe at all.

The room is large with a balcony and a swimming pool. 5-10 minutes walk to the sea. Cleaning is done daily, staff is helpful. Nearby there is a large Big C store and a night market with fruit, street foot and clothes. Kamala Beach itself is for a family holiday, calm and somewhat boring.

The facility is old and worn out.
I thought it was a king-size bed, but it was European-style with two singles attached. One day, when I tried to shower at midnight, no water came out and the toilet didn't flush. I spoke to the manager the next morning, and no matter what they did, the water came out again in 5 minutes.

Let me start with the fact that Kamala has a very, very boring and shameful beach. So the hotel was caught in the outskirts. We were accommodated on the 3rd floor without an elevator, up a spiral staircase)) the room was ascetic, everything was extremely dilapidated. When you turn on the air conditioner, there is such a rumble, as if there is a construction site behind the wall... The bed sheets and towels are all in holes and tatters at times.
On the positive side, the pool is quite clean, cleaned every morning, there is Big C and the night market nearby. A little further there is a good wholesale store 24 (where all the Thais stock up)

The staff is friendly and speaks English. The room is spacious, with air conditioning and a balcony, there is a living room with a kitchen. Cleaning every day: dusting, changing towels, washing the floors.
