This is a wonderful area and a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of the sights are a short drive away and there are quite a few restaurants and even a laundromat within walking distance. I would definitely recommend getting a groundfloor room that leads straight into the swimming pool. The breakfast menu was different each morning and they do have room service available. The lady at the front desk helped us book a day trip to Racha & Coral islands.

I booked and checked in on Agoda for 23rd and 24th without any problems.
I booked on Ctrip for 24th and 25th. On the morning of 25th, I was told that the order was cancelled by the hotel and asked to contact the front desk.
I went to the front desk and used my visa card to pay for the room fees for 25th and 26th.
On the 25th, I wanted to continue to book on Ctrip for 25th and 26th. The order date accidentally changed to 27th and 28th. I immediately communicated with the front desk. The two ladies at the front desk said that they could refund. I applied for a refund from Ctrip.
Today, on the 29th, Ctrip told me that the hotel did not agree to refund.
There was no effective communication between the reservation department of this hotel and the front desk.
First, they canceled my reservation for no reason.
Then they did not keep their promises after I left.
