We paid 1000 baht extra and our room was changed, the room had a bathroom and a beautiful view from the window. But the room cleaning is at a terrible level. We also put laundry items in the washing bag, according to the idea they should be picked up, but in the end it feels like nothing was cleaned at all. Why would I pay for the best room in this hotel and receive such service? My mood was ruined. I do not recommend this hotel and I will also tell all my friends about the service at this hotel. Yes, the view is beautiful, but when you come to an unmade room, the mood changes and there is not the slightest desire to stay there. I will attach a photo of what my husband and I will return to after a walk by the sea, but I would like to have a clean room.

Very impressed with the accommodation The staff are lovely, soft spoken, very welcoming and attentive to the details we asked for. And on the day you went, you wrote in the request that the school could write or decorate the room to be HBD for me. The school replied that if you stay for 3 days and 2 nights. Birthday cake will be provided. But we had little time so we only stayed one night. But I don't think the school will have a surprise. Carrying a birthday cake for us to blow into the room It is very attentive to service and customer care. Very pleased. Thank you very much to the hotel. Made this year's birthday very happy.
