Hotel location is goos but staff was not cooperative too much and it was so noisy because of construction

Love this hotel the location is perfect, 5 mins from the beach and 3 mins from shops food and massage. Wonderful amd helpfull staff 10/10

Good location. Excellent service (Kudos! 👏 to the receptionist who ran to me outside the hotel lobby, reminded me to collect back my deposit Baht 1K. So nice of her 🫡). Nice breakfast. I really enjoyed my 4 days stay at Patong Resort. 👍

Location is quite nice. It’s close to beach, night market and other attractions. The service is awful. Eventhough, I stated queen bed when I book, I got two single beds. When I called to chg beds of possible politely, staff shouted me and said the bed is not guaranteed. Breakfast is terrible. Bathtub is also spoiled and can’t fill the water.

The location is quite nice. It’s near to the beach and at the town centre. But the service is horrible. I preferred 1 king bed but they gave us 2 single beds, then I called reception and asked politely to change if it’s possible. The staff shouted me and said she cannot guarantee the bed and only can give the room. She can politely refused for changing the beds but her response is very rude. And the bathtub is spoiled and we cannot fill the water.

Location is great , there are two parts to this hotel and the rooms are a little older. It can be quite noisy depending on what side you are located

The location and facilities of this hotel were both great! It's a big, secure, well managed hotel just a few short minutes walk away from Bangla Road/JungCeylon/the beach but you'd never know as inside the compound it is quiet and peaceful. My room was very nice and I appreciated the patio area for easy access to one of the swimming pools without needing to use my room's 'front door' and walk all the way around. Also, the breakfasts had lots of options to suit all tastes and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is old, hence the smell in the lobby but for what I paid and the proximity to the beach and bangla road, it was worth the stay.

Very well located...has private access into Bangla road...close to beach...big swimming pools...
