沒有熱水，不管放多久都沒有熱水，放到後面熱水開關方向直接沒有水，也是無語，房間沒有礦泉水但是貴了三塊錢的房間有，去問前台，還要一塊錢一瓶！

提前訂好的炕，莫名給退單了，又訂了個標間，沒標明是地下室，條件簡陋不説服務態度也很差，妥妥的差評。門口的保安大爺服務很好，點贊。
