特別漂亮的一家酒店 設施：方便齊全 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：古色古色很別緻 服務：積極熱情管家娟服務周到

的確是排名第一的酒店，酒店本身就歷史感滿滿，整個建築非常古樸漂亮。房間也是寬敞的，除開衞生間稍微有一點小以外，但是考慮到是以前的建築可以理解。整個酒店的服務非常好，提前多天就有管家聯繫我告訴停車啊接送等注意事項，非常貼心。酒店的餐廳叫一醋一面也很好吃，比外面的各種網紅餐廳好太多。 是一次非常好的入住體驗，推薦哦

Walking into the mansion, it seems to have traveled back to the mansion of ancient Shanxi merchants🏠 The 24-hour butler service provided by the mansion is very good👍It makes people feel at home👍 We caught the high-speed train at 7 o'clock in the morning. The butler prepared breakfast attentively and gave us a souvenir - their local sesame oil❤️ It is really suitable for taking pictures in Yunjincheng Mansion. Wearing Hanfu, it seems to have traveled back to ancient times. The photos taken are simply beautiful🌸

昨晚去酒店就不早了，管家寧寧細心周到派車去接我們，暖心服務，特別特別周到，有問必答，還特別給力給我們升級房間，整個體驗感就是特別好，回程也把我們送到車上，酒店環境真的不錯，就是來也匆匆去也匆匆，都忘了拍照片，下次一定有時間多住幾天，好好在客棧感受一下。真的真的十分滿意，謝謝寧寧管家，因為有你們，體驗感更是up🆙🆙🆙

Service: The housekeeper who served us was called Juaner. Before we arrived at the hotel, she continued to contact me, sent me the address of the hotel and how to park, and very considerately arranged a shuttle bus to pick us up. After arriving at the hotel, she took the initiative to take our luggage for us, introduced us to the various facilities and breakfast of the hotel, and explained the history of the hotel and the detailed design of the hotel to us. She also enthusiastically took photos for us. Special thanks to Juaner for her meticulous service! I hope I can meet her again when I come to Pingyao next time. Hygiene: Someone will clean the room and make the bed for us every day. The hotel also prepared some local welcome snacks, which are very detailed! Facilities: We were very satisfied with the breakfast. The weather was a bit cold at this time, but the breakfast was still being heated up, and it was warm in our stomachs. As soon as we entered the restaurant, the doorkeeper Juaner greeted us at the door of the restaurant. When we picked up the food, she helped us find a seat and got the tableware for us.
