Beautiful accommodation and super friendly staff, helped us a lot since we cannot speak chinese, like buying tickets for attractions, suggesting nice local restaurants and even accompanied us outside the city walls since it was a hot day. We are super happy to have chosen this place and we really recommend it! 😊

This hotel has been stayed by many celebrities. It has seven courtyards and is the largest courtyard in the ancient city. The rooms are clean and the front desk is friendly. I will come again!

It is the place where I could dive myself into the historical atmosphere, peaceful and gorgeous. They decorate the room with classic furniture which can bring people back to the the past dynasty. I stayed here only one days but I'm sure I will be back. I'm really impressed by their hospitality and service. It's like I'm in my own home. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a good location, close to Pingyao Theater and the ancient city, which can be reached on foot. The whole hotel has a light Republican style, which is a good choice for people who like quietness. The breakfast variety is not very large, but the quality is good and enough. It is worth mentioning that the hotel staff has a good service attitude. They actively help with luggage when checking in and out. When leaving the hotel, it was cold and rainy, and they also took the initiative to help contact a vehicle to take you to the station.

He picks me up from the station to the hotel for free and gives me a map to introduce the tour route. The breakfast is also delicious and affordable. It is a very satisfying stay. The items displayed in the room should be the boss's own selection (these selected brands are not used by the owner himself). There are fragrance diffusion products in the house, and the bathroom will have a little smell, but the floor is also heated. I didn't dare to try to take a shower at night, and I felt that the water heater was not assured. And it was a bit cold at night, because the door was not closed tightly, and it felt like there was wind drilling into the room. The breakfast was very rich (flower rolls, steamed sweet potatoes, cold dishes, porridge, milk, eggs). Except for the water heater, the other check-in experiences were very good.

This is a beautiful hotel in the juice of the old town of Pingyao, located not far from one of the gates of the old town and about 15 minutes walk from the center and the main streets. The room had a lot of charm, with the traditional bed which, to my surprise, was comfortable even with the rigidity. I could not enjoy the patio because of the mosquitoes but it is really very charming! The young woman at the reception and the Ayi (the aunt who takes care of breakfast and cleaning) are people with a heart of gold who will do everything to enhance your stay. You have the choice of Western or Chinese breakfast, personally I enjoyed the Chinese breakfast which is typical of the region. I recommend this hotel 100%!

The facilities in the room are quite complete, because there is no heating in the entire ancient city, and all are heated by home-made floor heating and air conditioning. If you come in late January, the room will indeed be a bit cold, but if the floor heating and air conditioning are turned on for more than half a day, it will be fine. much better. The boss was very enthusiastic. He added WeChat in advance and sent us the location of the parking lot. He would also come over to help us pull our luggage into the store when we arrived at the parking lot. When we left, he also helped us deliver our luggage to the parking lot during the off-season. The check-out time will not be so strict, and you can check out later. The room has two bedrooms and one living room, and there is an automatic mahjong table, which the children especially like! We felt good about the first night and stayed another night. It is highly recommended!
