Great location, very close to the Pirates ball park. Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. It is an updated hotel. Parking is $25 a day, would recommend using theirs since street parking had signs saying the street parking wasn't available on game days. The hotel is within walking distance to many places. Only downside is that I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle for things around Pittsburgh and the the shuttle wasn't running sure to COVID. But it was overall a great experience.

The woman in the parking lot harassed me about my parking pass, the lobby and the lobby bathroom was dusgusting. I was told my room may not be ready by check in, then I asked if I would get a discount if it wasnt, and I was told no. Well... Yeah. Yeah I would. The room was wayyyy more expensive than it was worth. I would give it 2 stars.

Great spot in Pittsburgh - very walkable. Staff nice. Exercise room needs some work (not all machines operable) Pool is small but it was perfect for my needs.

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. ALL the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I have zero complaints and only positive things to say about each person we interacted with during our stay. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfy. It was the perfect size for two of us. Parking was convenient and next door to hotel. If I had one complaint it is something out of the hotels control. It sounded like the garbage/dumpsters were being emptied at about 345am. It was extremely loud. But like I said, that is not the hotels fault. I would also suggest not getting a room facing the highway. Cars and trucks zooming by all night and it is very loud. Luckily we both didn’t have a hard time falling asleep, but I can see how it might be hard for some people. The workout room was great. The breakfast was perfect and filling. There are tons of places within walking distance for food and drinks. We will definetly stay here again with our future visits!

Great service, easy close parking. Clean building and room. Amazing blinds that keep the morning light out. If I return to Pittsburgh I will book here again.
