Elegí este hotel precisamente porque decia que tenia una piscina climatizada en invierno y nada maslejos de la realidad. La persona de recepción me avisó a mi llegada de que el agua de las piscinas estaba muy fría. Mucho parque acuático del que poco se puede aprovechar. Mi hijo no está pudiendo disfrutar de lo que supuestamente ofrecían en el hotel. Una mala experiencia.

I would suggest you look for somewhere else to stay. .. non existent parenting clear to see with children running their fingers through the ice cream and other food. Staff are not as friendly as they should be but I do expect this to be dealing with the clientele that this hotel attracts. I witnessed a barmaid put about a tenth of a bottle of vodka in a two liter bottle of mix for the cocktails so basically no alcohol in them . God knows what other tricks are used here to save money. We won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Buena experiencia en el hotel, comida de calidad, muy amable los trabajadores, el hotel cuenta con un parque acuático muy divertido para todos los públicos unas habitaciones amplias y unas instalaciones a la altura, sin duda volveremos.

First of all, we would like to thank the entertainment staff who made our stay pleasant. They were very fun and sociable, as were the waiters and receptionists. The hotel in general has good facilities, good food, although the variety could be improved. For our part, we had a good experience at the hotel.

This is our 3rd Christmas spent here and it’s been amazing each and everytime, amazing service from the entire team, and nothing is too much hassle. Massive shoutout to the Animatión team for always keeping us entertained day and night, really wouldn’t be the same without them. We will definitely be returning again, thankyou :)

We spent several days at this hotel and we really liked the facilities, the activities they had during the day, shows at night and also during the day they had a water park open which is included, highly recommended and fun, based on our experience we will return to the hotel.
