Great place for holidays with kids. Pools for every age. Activities throughout the day. Superb breakfast. Very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets. A lot of things to do and see on the island.

Had a fab stay and would definitely return. Coeliac had no issues eating here, most foods were marked if gluten free and the staff at the grill stations were so helpful. Ordered gluten free pizza on 2 occasions and these were ready, freshly cooked within 10 minutes. Great selection of food at all meals and lovely night at the Taverna restaurant on one night. Get your allergy card at reception when you check in. Entertainment team worked very hard both day and evening, we preferred to go out to the Anvil' bar at night time as we felt the entertainment was more geared to families. Special mention to Matias who took us on a hike up Montana Roja, a very friendly guy who looked after everyone on the trip. We stayed early September and there was loads of other couples, I would imagine during the school holidays it is more suited to families with children. Highly recommend!!!!

Stayed here from the 2nd September for 8 nights with my daughter , son and his girlfriend. We had two studios next to each other which were lovely. Spotlessly clean and the beds so comfortable. Our studios overlooked the pool and the amazing seafront. I cannot fault this hotel at all , the food was amazing , so much choice and plentiful . Only a two minute walk to the beautiful seafront . The swimming pools were a little chilly but once you were in you didn't notice. We were round the quiet pool most days but spent a few days in the main pool were there was music and water aerobics etc. I wish I had booked for two weeks. I've got the holiday blues and will definitely be returning to this wonderful place .

We stayed at TUI Flamingo Beach for 10 Days, All inclusive during Aug 2024, as a family of 4 - Children aged 7 & 4 Hotel Wonderful spacious hotel with good facilities for families. This hotel is very much a family first hotel and I wouldn't recommend couples or solo travellers at peak times. We checked in late due to issues with landing at Lanzarote (Calimas) but the hotel staff we appreciative of this and we're able to accommodate with food and water. Location: Brilliant beach front location, really easy access via dedicated gate. Large hotel set across individual 2-storey blocks Short & pleasant walk to Playa Blanca Marina (~15mins) The hotel features ~6 Outdoor pools, Quiet pool, lane pool, whirlpool, childrens splash pool and main pool, there is also a indoor pool which is adult access only at certain times. Pools are not heated but this is no issue due to the high ambient temperature of Lanzarote, the pools are quite refreshing. Hotel Food: Good quality, something for everyone including children and not a boring / samey or repetitive selection. Hotel Staff all work tirelessly and really made our holiday, special mentions for the following staff Cleaner : Olga Chef: Paolo Barman: Hosaine Taverna: Raul They all ensured we had a personal experience, from Olga dressing the girls bedrooms and ensuring we had acess / first refusal on discarded toys and generally always there with a huge smile and warm greeting. Paolo: Fantastic omelettes and always a friendly face and great conversation, it was great to always see him to start the day. Hosaine - Entertaining our children at the bar and ensuring there we always comfortable and growing in their independence Raul - What a great host at the fantastic Taverna, welcoming from minute one and entertaining throughout. Taverna - Wonderful local tapas to start, Huge portions, 5 options for main and again fantastic desert selection. The location of Taverna offers wonderful views of the Beach / Sea - could have been there all day very comfortably. Added extra - live musicians, added to an already enjoyable ambience. TUI Staff: It always amazes us how the staff have so much energy and are enthused about everything, from seeing them at breakfast and over excited kids wanting high 5's through until the evening entertainment, they give so much to make everything special. It is truly appreciated. TUI Fitness staff We took part in some of the fitness programmes to avoid the obvious holiday weight gain, we completed: HIT / Aqua Bikes / Aqua Aerobics / Pilates / Beach stretching - All lead by Tova who was very inspiring. Excursions We completed 3 x Excursions during our stay Submarine Tour Rancho Texas Timanfaya Fire Mountains & Camel Ride All excursions were brilliant and well structured with easy transfers and people to help. All in all, we had a brilliant 10 Days at Flamingo Beach and will no doubt return one day, great location, fantastic staff and equally brilliant TUI reps. Thank yo

We had a lovely week, the location is great, right on the beach and a short walk to the centre of the resort. Our apartment was nice, lots of space and a lovely front terrace with a table, chairs and sunbeds. All of the hotel staff were great, in reception, behind the bars, the lifeguards and the cleaners, always friendly and helpful. The TUI staff were great too. We met Adam at our welcome meeting, lots of good info, Amy at salsa class, great fun, Caitlin and Roisin at sangria making, very drinkable, and I loved aqua aerobics withTova and Tilda. They were all stars in the team show too.

Love the fact that is a door step from the beach which is amazing; loved the pools designed for kids, the food was amazing in freshness, taste and portions. Staff super friendly and professional. The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us and clean.Would definitely go back if possible

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, lots of different food to choose from including gluten free options. We even had a cold buffet waiting for us in the restaurant because it was very late check in due to our flight being delayed. Our apartment location was absolutely amazing, looking straight out onto Flamingo Beach, the sea and Fuerteventura in the distance. We used the kids club which was fab and the entertainment was great for the children every night. Our daughter loved Captain T and Mateus the entertainment rep was amazing with her. The location of the hotel for us was great because it was a quieter area at night. The apartment was clean and amenities were all there. Would definitely recommend.

Was so upset with this holiday,,when we first arrived just looking at the place it looked amazing and beautiful but then on the first day and everyday after we saw cockroaches in are room big ones and small ones to, we found one in the glass where we was keeping are toothbrushes,in the kitchen area on the sides under the sofa bed, my partner woke up in the middle of the night sleeping on the sofa bed with one on his leg,we just kept seeing them I reported to the cleaners and reception they just kept saying we’ll spray your room but we still kept seeing them 😢on the sixth day they said if you keep seeing them we’ll look into moving your room 🤦‍♀️ I ended up buying a spray myself recommended over there called zum we still kept finding them after I sprayed but at least they were dead from the spray I had bought . I couldn’t sleep properly for the 11 nights we were there because of the thought of them. If anyone has booked here try to avoid room 5a and the one next door as they had them to, not everyone there did so think we was just very unlucky with it, but it isn’t fair my partner worked hard to save for this holiday for us and it’s not what you pay for. Don’t mind seeing the odd one in yr room but not everyday and has many has we did 😢😢 surley they had been reported before us because no one could of been happy with that.the air conditioning isn’t good in the rooms either only works when yr in your room with the door shut so no going back a cool room and the night time entertainment was the worst I’ve seen their wasn’t any really,okay for the tiny ones, we went out most nights, the best things about the holiday the food was good and the beach is beautiful but that’s it, I don’t like to leave such a bad review but it’s not what we had saved all year for and would definitely never go back and people have a right to know before they book really
