Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ruhige Lage abseits des Trubels aber nur 5 Minuten zum Strand. Frühstück war ausreichend (Kaffee, Saft, Toast, Marmelade u. Käse, Obst, Cornflakes)
Es gab einen Wasserspender im Aufenthaltsraum, an dem man jederzeit seine Wasserflaschen auffüllen konnte. WLAN top

we stayed in suites for two nights and it was amazing time hotel is in quiet area but still close to shops,restaurant and to the beach. pool on roof top is not big but you can cool yourself after walking in the heat breakfast is simple but there will be toasts,cereal,tea,coffee rooms are very nice and clean and spacious and we even had a coffe machine and fridge in them staff is very friendly and helpful i wanna say thank you to Sergio for helping us renting a bike:) enjoy and relax in Suites:)

small hotel, quiet, quiet area, well secured, first restaurant 500 m away, very lively area 1.5 km away, 15 mins walk, pedestrian walk all the way, common area and very clean room, quality bedding, bathroom full bathroom, beautiful view. The small, well-maintained swimming pool on the roof is very pleasant when you come home after "the sea" or after an excursion. The breakfasts are simple but really complete and unlimited, the coffee is excellent. we stayed 11 nights, and if we were to return to Playa Del Carmen, we would come back, a special thank you to Sergio, for his welcome and his professionalism. 2 small downside, the neighbors' dogs, the hotel does nothing, the only thing that needs to be improved is the noise of the pump which is on the top floor, which resonates in the rooms. a little extra would be to have, a tour desk... Thank you

I went with my wife at the end of October of this year and everything was truly spectacular, comfort, the attention of the staff was excellent, the breakfast is a very rich buffet, and the room with its large balcony, comfortable and spacious and with air conditioning. And it had a swimming pool and recreational areas on the top floor to rest and relax. The location is very close to Fifth Avenue. I would come back again.

We enjoyed the yard and roof top pool. We felt at home. A few mnutes walk to all our favorite beaches. A walk down 5th Ave gave us our exercise. We met guests from various parts of Europe and a few from North America. I would recommend a stay and will come back again.
