The whole experience was our first time at the resort and everything and everyone was great and top not service. All had smiles and enjoyed their jobs from our perspective. Our butler, Adriano, was exceptionally great to us and will be back again

Is Amazing and excellent attention for the personal people

The resort is very nice, staff is very friendly, and I really like that it was super clean. Very lively night life off the resort and very safe. My husband smokes but there is no smoking on the resort. Overall great experience.

This is the 2nd time I’ve come to this resort and I love it. I’ve been to MX a handful of times and this resort is my favorite. The location, it’s right by the 5th avenue ***** which is nice to get off the resort and shop. Also a short walk from the ferry to Cozumel. The resort itself is great. The food and the staff and 10/10. Would come here again.

Nice resort and conveniently located near 5th Ave. Staff are very friendly and they ensure that you have everything you need. The biggest drawback we experienced was how many up charges there were for a resort that is supposed to be 'all-inclusive'.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was unbelievably kind and attentive, and the rooms were always kept spotless. The food was excellent, but some restaurants were better than others. I would stay away from any of the paid meals. Room service was always timely but the food was either amazing or mediocre. Drinks were ok and plentiful but felt a little watered down at times. The resort should replace the hot tubs in the bedrooms with a larger dresser and desk. We stayed in a king oceanfront walkout but the benefit was diminished by the bushes in front. Playa should replace the lawn cabanas with a cabana and chairs at the nearby pool as a standard accommodation with this pricy room. All in all it was a wonderful week and we look forward to going again next year.

My wife and I were celebrating our 49 years wedding anniversary. Wonderful all inclusive! The workers are all so friendly and make the experience amazing. I will like to thanks Juan Luis Roman Uscanga, Manager Food and Beverage for an amazing Dinner Experience at the Chef Plate. He made a big different making sure that our wedding Anniversary was an Amazing experience. Also thanks to our Spice crew who took care of us during those amazing six days; Spice Restaurant, Miguel Arcos, Pablo Gutierrez, Demetrio Chi, Sergio Cruz, Victor Zapata and Javier Blanco and Sergio Ortiz, Kalamaka Restaurant. So many daily relaxing and entertaining activities to choose from. Restaurants, bars and room were all of great quality and up to date, will certainly come again in the future! Gracias por toda su atencion y amistad, los recordaremos siempre por una experience maravillosa.

As a diamond member we were promised a room upgrade if one was available. Our “upgrade” was from garden view in one area of the hotel to a garden view in a different area. (I was offered to pay extra for a room upgrade that was available🤔. It is a somewhat inclusive resort not even Tito’s cheap vodka was included. $10 up charge per drink. DEAR HILTON KEEP YOUR AMERICAN POLITICS TO YOURSELF. We do not need several poolside parades hours long displaying your political agenda we go on holiday/vacation to get away from that.
