Great place to stay alone or with another person.
Fantastic location (near all bars and clubs).
You could hear the music a bit but good enough for a good night sleep.
Service was amazing and gave us 10% for use at their cafeteria.
Room was amazing with good quality AC and fan with a fridge and small kitchen
Will definitely give this hostel a 10/10.

If I had known it was really so close to the pubs and that the sound vibrates in your head I wouldn't have booked.
Not recommended if you are not going to Playa del Carmen just to party.
The workers also shout in the morning while cleaning and the customers themselves were very annoying, it is almost impossible to relax and unwind.
Furthermore, they charged me twice the amount and I still have to justify it to my bank. Very unprofessional.
The receptionists are the best thing about this place, without that this place would be closed because it is not worth it.

Es LA OPCIÓN con las tres B’s limpio, lindo, cómodo y a una cuadra de la quinta avenida. Hay un Seven justo al lado y un café en el que te aplican descuento de huésped. Volvería una y mil veces!

Location is pretty convenient. I stayed in room 12 thats on the 1st floor, not recommended. Even with earplugs the bass from clubs can be felt like a shake through the walls.I asked to Change to a more far away room, it was not possible. A late check out to 1pm was not possible either. I slept 3 hours. Beds are not beds, they are 100years old.

The staff very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean with a great fan and air con. Location was excellent amd couldn't be more central to the beaches and entertainment, shopping, restaurants and bars. Only slight negative was the noise from the very nearby night club's, so going to bed before 3 was not a good idea if you wanted to sleep unless you have industrial earplugs. Obviously thats not the hotels fault but could be an issue for some.
