This apartment is literally 100 yards from the Ocean with panoramic views from the lounge and bedrooms. It occupies the entire first floor facing the ocean of a low-rise building in Miramar, Havana's premiere coastal neighborhood. It was recently completely renovated with polished granite floors and upgrades to the kitchen, bathroom and bedroo We are close to many Miramar great places to visit: Tropicana, Fabrica de Arte, Restaurants. We also offer the ability to order delicious reasonably-priced cuban food delivered directly to the condo. The apartment is centrally located in Miramar, one of Havana's premier upscale neighborhoods. The suburb is full of leafy-green trees and is safe at all hours of the day and night. It is within a walking distance to hotels, restaurants, clubs and 10 minute drive to Havana Vieja (Old Havana). Being so close to the sea, there is a dive center on the same block where you can rent diving and/or snorkeling gear. Internet service The condo is being rented as a complete and private home. It comes with the use of a local cell phone and landline, and if Taxis or fully restored antique cars and driver/guides are easily accessible from the residence. There are no "beaches" per say near Old Havana, Vedado or Miramar
