Leuke accommodatie met veel sport mogelijkheden. Je kunt er van alles doen. Dichtbij het strand. Goede uitvalsbasis voor tripjes in de omgeving.
Appartement was wel een beetje verouderd en eigenlijk iets te klein voor 5 personen.
Medewerkers van de receptie hebben ons op verzoek kunnen verplaatsen naar een ander appartement en ons zo goed mogelijk geholpen. Het was gelukkig ook niet druk.
Ontbijt buffet was uitstekend. Genoeg om uit te kiezen en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zou zo weer terug willen

La comida y el trato estupendo por parte del personal, todos muy atentos y amables, los apartamentos amplios y completos, en cuanto a menaje y complementos, incluso estropajo, gamuza a estrenar, todo genial salvo que volví con una prenda menos de ropa del armario

+daily cleaning service, gym, activities for kids, basic pools, padel fields, plenty of sunchairs, free shuttle bus to port de Pollença -the rooms are a bit outdated, like the bathroom that looked a bit moldy with all the black spots. Kitchen was ok but not meant for extensive cooking but enough for breakfast. Two stoves, no oven. Plenty of plates etc.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à l’hôtel Duvabitat. Nous avions un appartement en rez de jardin en face de la piscine, génial pour les enfants! L’appartement était propre mais un peu petit pour 5 et pas très bien insonorisé. Le personnel de l’hôtel (femmes de ménage, réceptionnistes, serveurs) était très sympathique. L’animateur Luciano a rendu les vacances de nos enfants inoubliables. Très bonne expérience pour nous.

We had a lovely family holiday here and got back on Friday. It is good value for money, certainly for what we paid. The facilities are good and the staff are lovely. Lucianno the main ( and only!) entertainer makes the property really. There is a good mixture of activities which for a 3 star Appartment is very good. The on site Italian restaurant is lovely with a beautiful view. Hotel buffet evening food is average but the kids loved it. Lunches are better. The Appartment’s are very basic and could do with an upgrade. The kitchen needs an oven or larger hob to be useful but it covers the basics Overall a very enjoyable holiday, the Appartments just need to be upgraded to make it a true 4 star property.

Wir hatten eines der Appartements. Toll war: der Pool außen (unbeheizt) und innen, Sauna, Fitnessstudio, Rezeption 24h, kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Haus und die Lage! Sehr schnell und sehr vielfältige Möglichkeiten.
Die Wohnung selbst würde ich nicht empfehlen. Der Zustand abgeranzt und nicht wirklich zum wohl fühlen. Wir waren zu fünft. Es gab nur 4 Stühle. Der Balkon war unbenutzbar, weil das ausgeklappte Sofa vor der Tür stand. Sehr schade. Raum war sehr eng, denn auch die Koffer konnten nicht in die Schränke eingeräumt werden, weil das Sofa davor ausgeklappt war. Handtücher teilweise mit größeren Löchern. Wollte man kochen, dann viel Glück. Töpfe und Pfannen waren von sehr schlechter Qualität und sind immer angebrannt.
Kein Spüli, kein Ofen (wussten wir vorher). Ausstattung Küche sehr minimal.
Nä Mal ein anderes Domizil in ähnlicher Lage

Fijne appartementen , goed ingericht, schoon, fijne ligging, mooi zwembad, fijne ontvangst, iedere dag schone handdoeken, ideaal verblijf , ook met kinderen Bedden mogen beter (kraken) En badkamer iets gedateerd Maar verder top locatie!

Perfecto ñ. 2 adultos y 2 niños en apartamento premium muy silencioso con vistas a la Tramuntana. Hotel bien equipado, actividades variadas para niños y adultos, servicio y trato excelente. Mallorca tiene sitios muy bonitos para conocer.
