Posizione super centrale a 7/8 minuti dagli impianti di risalita a piedi, il residence non raggiungibile in macchina per scaricare le valigie in quanto in piena ztl ma ci sono vari parcheggi gratuiti e non nelle vicinanze. Da poco ristrutturate in maniera ottima le parti comuni, le stanze invece non ci metterei la mano sul fuoco.. Monolocale spazioso, letto comodo le uniche pecche sono state la mancanza dell asciugacapelli, dei prodotti da bagno e dei detersivi per la pulizia (sopratutto per l induzione) comunque nelle vic9nanze c e un piccolo market. Staff super disponibile, attenzione essendo in zona centrale proprio sulla via pedonale c'e parecchio rumorose sia al mattino che nelle ore serali.

Ottimo residence per passare le vacanze in famiglia. Proprietari super gentili e disponibili! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. A noi è andata anche meglio perché allo stesso prezzo del bilocale ci hanno dato un trilocale e la bimba ha potuto dormire nella sua stanza! Posizione centralissima e tutto a portata di mano!!! Consiglio vivamente e spero di ritornare presto!

L'acero rosso si trova in pieno centro a Ponte di legno. È un fabbricato antico ottimamente ristrutturato. La sistemazione era un bilocale con area soggiorno/cucina e camera da letto. Pulito e caldo e dotato di tutti i servizi. Lo consiglierei. Unica pecca è il parcheggio :si trova in ztl ma n è difficile trovare parcheggio vicino
