The best part is the sea view property where you can see sunrise from your bed,, yes it is and adjacent to Haddo jetty so catching up the early morning ferry is very easy. Staff is very cooperative and humble.. they also quickly arrange for scooty/auto at reasonable price very quickly. I had a small kid with me and stay was very comfortable in terms of food also. Yum yum Complimentary breakfast we had. I think it is the best option we could get in port blair.

This amazing heaven of a place overlooking the Andaman sea has the best view in sight from the private balcony we had from our room. What a splendid experience it was to stay here and Manojit ji the manager of the place is always there for all help needed, food is amazing, everything is so smooth and the feeling of being on a vacation is served. For My daughter I needed extra help for milk overnight and khichri and less spicy food and they made it available just by request. Went and bought the milk packets for us on their own and didn’t charge anything extra for so many facilities that we availed. All in all a wonderful stay at a gorgeous looking space / clean linen clean towels huge bed and so many amenities in the room makes it our most memorable stay in port Blair in our 5 visits to the island.. Wil always stay here whenever we land.. thank you sea view residency hotel for taking such good care of your guests.. it was a pleasure staying there.

Great hospitality by the staff. Quality and tasty food provided on demand. Staff is very supportive to organize small family birthday and anniversary celebrations also. Would definitely recommend to stay here when in Port Blair and looking for a budget accommodation. 5 stars for the staff behaviour. Giving 4 stars as the hotel is at slight climb and rooms are at 2-3 floor without lift. Can be a challenge for elders or people with special abilities.

I never wrote any reviews for any place inspite we have visited lots of places. But here I am compelled to write it. I visited here with my family in January 2024. And stayed in room Bay view. The room was of perfect size and spacious. The room was sea facing and in the evening time it was so relaxing to sit in the balcony which was of ample size. We had breakfast and dinner there and the chef Mr. Prakash prepared delicious meals every time we ate there. The hotel manager Mr. Manojit was friendly and very much helpful. He planned our tour for Port Blair, Havelock and Neil with each minute details. The visit will be more memorable due to their support.

The location of the hotel is prime. The view from the room is just mesmerizing. Even the staffs are very welcoming, cordial and helpful. The food is also very tasty. Looking forward to stay there again in coming future.

All of the staffs are very welcoming in nature, have polite behavior, great tasty food and nice service. Nicely organised the whole trip to make it a memorable journey to us... Highly recommended 👌
