The room is more like the primitive era, with a very small swimming pool and close to the sea. The sound of sea breeze and waves is very loud at night, making it difficult to sleep. There were a lot of small black bugs on the bed, and the red bumps on my arms that I had bitten after staying there for one night have not gone away for a week... I asked the hotel to check out early the next day, but the hotel didn't agree, so I had to bear the one-night room fee. I changed to other hotels and the experience was very bad! Not recommended for everyone to live here.

This resort is suitable for couples, friends and families and situated just outside Port Vila but within easy access to town by buses and taxis. Positioned right on the beach and had the most delightful sandy natural pool at low tide to take a dip. Great swimming pool but nowhere near as warm as the sea. Cafe Vila is its main restaurant where breakfast is served (not buffet style ) and has Three Pigs bistro where you can get food most of the day. it certainly needs improvement where outside lighting is concerned as moving around the resort at nightime is not safe without a torch. Some of the steps are not lit up and you need to be careful as the footpaths are quite rugged. There is no entertainment and lacks a place to just sit and relax with a drink before dinner but overall a lovely place to stay with very friendly staff.

Our stay at Nasama was fantastic! Great room with beautiful views. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner two nights - perfect after a full day of exploring the island. The staff were the highlight of- so friendly and accommodating, the best I’ve ever experienced! Highly recommend

Had a really great time at Nasama Resort. We had the ocean front suite and it was really cozy and clean. The cafe and the three pigs restaurant were both amazing and all the staff were really lovely. The pool was great to relax by! And there’s a peaceful spot on the beach to swim. It’s surrounded by reef so we were able to just sit and relax in the water! It is on one of the main roads (not loud) so busses go past ever couple of minutes. So easy to get around.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Nasama Resort. The staff were amazing, the location was great, the restaurants were wonderful and having a kitchen to utilise was such a bonus. We are predominantly plant based and the staff at breakfast time were so accommodating to our dietary requirements, which was unexpected but such a pleasant surprise. Everyone was so incredibly kind and willing to help you out and give advice. You can catch the local bus right outside the resort, or walk 40 minutes into town if you’d like to go to the large supermarket. There’s also a mini mart right across the street, and another one right down the road. You’re in an area where lots of locals live around, so it’s great to walk around and say hi to everyone. I would highly recommend Nasama Resort. Shoutout to Melodie at Cafe Villa who was the absolute best!!!

We love staying at Nasama Resort, so peaceful and relaxing and just a short drive from Port Vila. The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. We stayed in an Oceanfront Suite, which was spacious, very clean and comfortable with stunning ocean views, was lovely to fall to sleep with the sound of the waves. The choice of the included daily breakfast was amazing. We stayed a little longer due to the issues with Air Vanuatu and cancelled flights. Nasama was very kind to offer discounted room rates to help those who were stranded. The infinity pool , is so inviting, as is the lagoon out front at low tide. The two restaurants on site, Cafe Vila and Three Pigs served delicious food. The wood fired pizzas at the Three Pigs is the best I have ever tasted

Nasama is wonderful! The pool was sparkling, minor issues were sorted promptly; nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The location is quiet and appealing. We had a great time here, and I highly recommend it.
