Quality Inn & Suites

Was told I could check out at noon instead of 11. Was informed at 11 that wasn't allowed... so I asked the price for another night and if it would be possible to switch to double beds. After already telling me a few mins prior she would let me book another room she decided once I told her there were two people in the room which was on my reservation but I had two more people helping get things together that hadn't been there for long. Didn't tell me why I had to check out all of a sudden or anything.

THEY HAVE BEDBUGS!!!!!! 9/30/24 I stayed here and woke up with bed bug bites everywhere. Me and my 4 kids, 2 of them are under the age of two by the way! I immediately gathered our belongings and went to the front desk to check out. The lady at the counter tried to argue with me about them having bugs until I showed her the bites on my arm! She then asked why didn’t I check out sooner than 7:45am if I was so unhappy with my stay, as if I would have known we would be attacked by bedbugs! Mind you, we checked in at 11pm and pretty much went right to bed after I had to request new linens because what was on the bed had urine stains!!! She then told me that because we didn’t leave in the middle of the night, they were not able to offer a refund or any further resolution. I called customer service and made a complaint but all they offered was bonus points for their loyalty program. Stay far away from this place!! I will be attaching pictures and leaving a review in every platform available!!!

The beds were clean. The bathroom was clean. My sister and I stayed during a craft fair at Perigoi Fest. Breakfast in the morning was good. Would recommend staying .Easy check in and easy check out. Air conditioner in our room worked real good.

Wonderful clean rooms very accommodating. Front desk clerk very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful very well stocked and we will stay again Beds were very comfortable our daughter stayed across hall and her room was great for her and the kids

New remodeled and close to Resturants. Had quiet room and easy access to room. Didn’t like Hot breakfast. My husband is diabetic and biscuits & gravy have way too many carbs. Would be nice to have sausage or bacon. Bed was really new and comfortable!!

The front desk will high ball you on the price probably better to book on line the directly with the hotel. Hotel has been remodeled but the basic structure is still old . The bed was comfortable. I'd stay again.

The building is a little worn the the soft goods are 1st rate. Make your reservations online because the hotel it self will try to charge you twice as much. I slept well and had plenty of hot water.

We have stayed here for years. It was really needing a remodel and they did it! Clean - new paint - comfortable beds and rooms. Very nice now!! A very large parking lot. Quiet at night. Very close to the interstate.

Room filthy, comforter stained with large brown spots. Hair on pillows. Carpet felt dirty. Cost high for poor quality Do not stay at this place. Another couple experienced same issues… stained bedding. Bathroom filthy. I want refund
