The team here was helpful, sweet, accommodating, and kind. Rooms are clean and so cute. Music is an awesome touch in the rooms. Bathroom products smell amazing. Coffee in the room is great quality. Game room downstairs was a lot of fun and is open 24/7. They have a happy hour from 5 to 6 with beer and cider. Building seems very safe and secure, front doors lock after a certain point, need key card to go in the elevator, and staff always available at the front. Would stay here again!

Cute and fun boutique hotel with a great staff! Great staycation location. Despite the BS you hear about Portland downtown, area was clean and safe!
Enjoyed the amenities and the staff was very outgoing and helpful! Highly recommended and will definitely suggest to friends and family visiting from out of town.

We enjoyed our weekend stay in Portland Oregon at the Hotel Lucia. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Super convenient location to Pioneer Square, Pearl District and outstanding food trucks.

Hotel Lucia was very good. Location is excellent (despite the sadness of seeing a good number of homeless and people with mental health issues in Downtown Portland). Personnel were nice. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. There is room service from a nearby restaurant.

Lovely little place. You knew it would be good just from the reception when I walked in after the 6 hour cross country flight from NYC. I had reserved an early check in for 12 noon, and when I arrived the room was ready to go. As I said, it’s a small boutique hotel. The gym was super small, so if you are looking for a place with a huge gym, it would not be for you. I made do with what they had. But next to the gym they had two pinball machines available to play for free. So my inner child came out! The room was small, a corner room, but felt bigger than it was. King bed was soft and comfortable. Clean and nicely appointed. Small bathroom. But I do not believe there were much larger rooms. Location was great for me. No breakfast at the hotel, but at the end of the block were two nice little coffee places, and at the end of the block a small hotel restaurant perfect for a quick breakfast.
