The service attitude of the staff was very good. They arrived early and let us go first. The apartment was very damp. The mattress is almost sagging. There are no springs and it makes a squeaking sound. It’s a very difficult bed to sleep on😭
The bathroom also leaks water outside.

Apartments very well located. In the center of everything. The staff has been very attentive and very friendly and the room is very clean and spacious. Despite booking at the last minute, they prepared the extra bed for us immediately. I couldn't be happier

The accommodation is very well located, just one street behind the Lello bookstore but it is a very noisy area. There is a disco/pub right in front. The noise is constant all night, not only from the establishments but from the people in the street.
The windows/doors that lead to the terrace are old, hence they do not "block" the sound of the street. They should change them and try so that clients can rest to have a stay as pleasant as possible.

The cleaning staff were really nice and helpful. I liked my stay there. it is a bit noisy early hours because your right in the middle of it but I think that’s reflected in the price. it’s a great location so overall very happy

If you value a good night's rest, then I urge you to avoid this hell hole. Not only does loud noise and heavy bass thumping radiate up from the nightclubs, but people on the street are yelling all night long. At 2 AM, the party next door spilled out into the hallway and there was more yelling and doors slamming. The steel elevator doors can be closed quietly, but my drunken neighbors preferred to slam them shut. There's nobody around to call to ask them to be quiet, so you're entirely on your own. I opened the door and ask them to be quiet. At 6 AM, someone banged on our door around 30 times. Once again, there is no administrator around to remedy the situation. Well, I finally fell asleep but an hour later, a street cleaner with a gas-powered leaf blower started to clean the street for 30 minutes. As I mentioned before, this noisy place is a HELL HOLE!
