Heating is not working very well otherwise is OK. 10 min walk to the shopping mall Westfield which has a metro.

Since the rented car, live in the ancient city of no free parking not count, the ancient city parking is not cheap, so to find a free parking for the hotel, breakfast, live on only nine hundred yuan for three nights, breakfast is very rich, large most locals, great value! The hotel is about 20-30 minutes by car from the city that is also very convenient, Our room was actually three people can live, because there are three beds, clean place, we are very satisfied with the price, wifi a bit not to force a little better reception lobby It is said that there are buses nearby, taking a slope, however, may drive a little better!

Rooms very clean. Unfortunately small but sufficient. Breakfast rich choice and also delicious. Metro station is 12 minutes away. Unfortunately a little outside. But still recommend.

We stayed 5 days in this recently refurbished hotel, our room was brand new, good size for Europe, nice lounge, coffee machine and nice bathroom, including rain shower There are some teething problems such as the air conditioner not working, so the rooms are a little hot, and no English channels on the TV. The service we received was excellent from our check in experience including great dining suggestions, our room attendant Osanko made sure everything was in order and checked to see if we required any additional items. Breakfast each morning was a lovely continental range and again very attentive service

Third visit to Prague, first time at the Holiday Inn. The check in was swift and courteous, we arrived just before midnight, due to delays galore, trains planes and cars, sorry we are English! We both found it very, very hard to find any “faults” with this hotel. The only observation made was that the toilet seat was not soft closing! Always catches the wife out! The room was a good size, with quality fittings and furniture. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and very comfortable. Fridge, safe,iron and ironing board in room. Cups and saucers, kettle and beveridge ingredients, fresh milk was available from the bar, when we wanted a hot drink in the afternoon, after returning from our explorations. There is also an ice maker on the 5th floor. The three lifts were all working, we waited no longer than 20 seconds for one. We were bed and breakfast option, and again we were not disappointed. Hot options included, sausage 2 different options,bacon, eggs/omlettes/scrambled eggs.beans,mushrooms. Toast/bread/cossionts,cereals,jams,fruit,pan cakes. Tea,coffee, fruit juice etc. Something for everyone and throughly enjoyable it was. Wi-Fi was great and free in rooms. Saving the best till last ! THE STAFF. From the reception desk, the breakfast staff and chefs, cleaners and the numerous staff you don’t see behind the scenes, thank you so very much. Your thoughfullness, knowledge and professionalism is a credit to you, which makes the Holiday Inn, Prague, a superb hotel. Finally, a very special word for the bar and restaurant staff. SIMPLY THE BEST we have encountered in our 38 years of travelling.Fact. They made us both feel at home, with a fantastic can do mantra and courtesy and professionalism personified. Management are very good and are very,very fortunate to have these people working for them. Whatever amount your staff are paid, double it !! Finally,finally! The nearest underground station is 300 metres away. Uber/Bolt etc seem very popular apps to have. I still think of hailing a cab, as a man in a bowler hat simply raising his umbrella in the air ! But what do we know ? Would we stay at the Holiday Inn, Prague again ? Definitely YES!!!!! Thank you all, and have a Merry Christmas and a cracking 2024. Robert & Sandie.

The room is quite big and clean, with curtains by the bed, two types of bedside lamps, and all the tableware downstairs so you can cook for yourself. The public bathroom and toilet are not separate for each room. The advantage is that the space is large. There were not many people there during the statutory holidays in May, so I was lucky

The room feels like a low-end version of Ibis, there are no tea bags, coffee bags, toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, and only two toothbrush cups. Inform the hotel in advance that the kettle will be equipped. The room is not as big as Ibis, but adequate. The temperature of 3-13 degrees does not turn on the air conditioner (is it a period of energy shortage in Europe? I can't say it, the front desk said that someone would come to check and no one would come), but fortunately, we went to the main station to hug us on the night we checked in. Two quilts (the main station said no one let us go by ourselves, but there were actually two boys at the front desk). I slept in the double bed until the morning and found that it was separated. Fortunately, they were all honest people, hahaha. The room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. It was a five-star standard. The trash cans in the room are classified, the robot tray for breakfast is relatively novel, and the transportation is quite convenient. Cleaning is probably only after check out, no one came to clean for 3 days.

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

Great hotel in a lovely quiet area, 15 minutes to the old town/bridge by tram. Had a room on the 4th floor which was clean and light, beds comfortable and fantastic shower. Check in at reception was easy and they were helpful in giving you all the info you need for your stay. They will also help with any trips or sightseeing. Our room was cleaned every day but if this doesn't happen, just ask at reception. Great continental breakfast with good choice of rolls, cheeses, hams, eggs, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, pastries etc. and plenty of coffee. The public transport system is subsidized by the Czech government so over 65s are free and 60-65s tram/bus tickets are half the price. Their bus/tram system is brilliant and the best way to see Prague so using Google Maps (which is a godsend) you can go to all the sights by tram/bus. I bought 3 day tickets from the yellow machines at the airport and each day you use one, just validate it at the tram/bus stop or on the tram/bus and it stamps it for 24 hours use, just keep your passport with you to confirm your age (we never saw any inspectors). As I'm 60 it cost me 180 Czech krona (£6.50) for 3 days travel. We also used public transport from and to the airport and although it took 50 minutes, it saved us a fortune (taxis can be anything between £30-£40.00). The tram stop is round the corner at the bottom of the hill from the hotel. We could leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out so we went to the lovely park across the road for a couple of hours. If you want a lovely meal and great beer, we found a little gem called the Beer Spot which is 6 minutes walk from the hotel. There's a lovely shopping mall about 5 minutes walk Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre, which has all the brands you could want and a Tescos. Would definitely use this hotel for Prague again.

The hotel is located in the south of the center of Prague, during the day tram 23 goes to Prague Castle. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the National Museum, which is more convenient. In the old city area, the street environment is relatively beautiful, and the law and order are good. The exterior decoration of the hotel is very luxurious, but it is old. The overall facilities of the standard room are relatively old, and the lighting system is dim. The overall cleanliness of the room is good, but the bed is not very clean. Service is average, Czech hotel staff are not very welcoming. Generally speaking, it is a good choice for short-distance low-consumption travel.
