What an absolute 5 star hidden gem. Never knew it was here for all these years ! The accommodation was first class, could not fault it in any way, built to a very high standard, with the best staff and service I have come across in any hotel. Really well situated, next to Wesham and Kirkham and just off the M55 motorway. The owners must be rock stars of the business world, they have set out a very modern well thought out complex with a lot of handy associated amenities.

I wanted to share how perfect my stay was. In my eyes, the hotel is 5-star, with amazing service and incredibly friendly staff. Special thanks to Jackie, who made our booking seamless and went above and beyond. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to the Lakes.

Stayed here for a night whilst visiting friends on the Fylde Coast. I won't book another hotel in the area now. We'd booked a suite. The room was perfect, the shower was fantastic and the food in the Sports Bar was decent quality and reasonably priced. We'd planned to eat in the restaurant but it was closed unfortunately. The gentleman who was at reception when we arrived with our 1 year old son couldn't have done enough for us either.

The bedrooms have been nicely furnished which is reflected in the price. A very strange environment, it looks a bit like a half finished industrial estate with a stadium in. Whilst nice inside the stadium, it is like a ghost town with nobody in the sports bar or cafe, such a shame as the facilities are nice. Breakfast was a lonely affair but nice food. I have heard lots of things about the owners behaviour which would explain such a lack of custom. A shame really.

Friendly staff and a great business venue. Nothing was too much trouble. The food? Absolutely amazing! Stunning views, clean and accessible facilities. Stationery provided, which is always a bonus! Oh, I would have liked a brown sauce option for the bacon butties. But that’s probably just me!

Booked as an overnight surprise for my footie mad son...... We arrived earlier than planned but that wasn't an issue. We paid the £25 early check in and was directed to our room. And WOW we were really impressed with the quality of everything in the room, from the little luxury ELEMIS toiletries, little sticker on the loo roll and the dressing gown & slippers. Oh not forgetting the small bottle of fresh milk in the fridge to make a brew. We had chosen a pitch view suite room which was amazing my son moved the armchair to the window and sat in there to watch the whole match. The bed was really comfortable (the pillows the best ever) Breakfast was lovely and freshly prepared. Every single member of staff we came across were very friendly & welcoming especially Jaqui on reception. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

A really lovely hotel for visiting grandparents. Our grandparents enjoyed a fabulous two night stay at Mill Farm Hotel. Beautiful room with countryside view. Very nice staff. The breakfast was excellent. Our guests will definitely be looking to book again in future. Great hotel.

This was a stop overnight hotel for my birthday weekend. Room was lovely, bathroom immaculate, 10/10 for cleaning staff. A gem of a hotel with friendly staff, breakfast was lovely and we will definitely return at some point. Only downside was the other guests as there was an Indian wedding on and despite the staff trying to sort out the noise of them they never took notice. The children were running up and down hall where our room was, screaming and slamming doors, finally around midnight they went to sleep, only to be woken at 6am by the adults this time shouting and slamming doors...Yes it's your wedding day but have respect for other guests in the hotel and teach your children the same!!

Beautiful room the bed was very comfortable and lovely little extras in the room. Breakfast was great and freshly cooked. Receptionist very helpful I left a dress behind and they posted back to me fee of charge. I stay in the area regularly for business and this hotel is the best in the area.
