Louis St. Elias Resort & Waterpark

We visited this resort in June 2024 and loved it that much that we returned in September 2024. The reasons being that the staff are ALL amazing and made our holiday very special, nothing was a problem. The bungalow we stayed in was excellent, fulfilling all of our needs. The restaurant provided superb food which was presented to a very high standard. Everything was so clean and we had no problems with accessing a sun bed every day to relax on. The Entertainment team were all excellent, being friendly and taking time to talk and meet with everyone. We cannot emphasise enough how amazing Flouris and his team were, hence why we returned again and will no doubt return again in the future. Thank you to ALL of the resort team....you were amazing!!

We stayed here for 10 days and I can honestly say it’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. St Elias is not a hotel, it’s an amazing resort made of 150’ish amazing bungalows. We had a bungalow with a living room, fridge, microwave, sofa and tv. It also had a bedroom with two double beds and bathroom. This along with a lovely patio area made the room amazing. The resort is clean and very well kept, granted it’s a little steep at times and could be hard for disabled people but if you are well and able don’t let this put you off. There are rooms suitable for everyone. St Elias has two pools. One entertainment focused with games and slides and another large relaxed pool which is great for swimming. Both pools are a good size and very clean. As with all great holidays the people made it extra special, all great businesses need a leader and Floris is one of the best I’ve come across. A credit to the hotel chain and never stops, such a great person and excellent manager. All staff were great with the stand outs being Floris and Gamal in the restaurant. Summing it up, amazing place and amazing people. Cannot wait to go back.

We have just returned from a fabulous 11 night stay at St Elias. We checked in and were shown to a very spacious one bedroom apartment with fantastic sea views which was cleaned daily. The food was really good and we also managed to book the Meze twice during our stay and both the food and service was fantastic! We mainly stayed by the quiet pool which was very chilled and we always managed to get a sun bed. The staff here are fantastic and very helpful especially Gaber, Ahmed, Reda and Gamal and of course Flouris who always has time for everyone and always checks everyone is okay and enjoying their holiday. The entertainment team worked very hard every day and always put on a good show of an evening. We had such a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely return to St Elias.

Having arrived as a couple , we were straight to our room , we had a bungalow, lovely , clean and well presented . This is one of the best hotels we have been too, staff are amazing , genuine and can’t do enough for you . Assistant manager is lovely , always chatting and friendly. We never used the water park area. Pool was always clean, and lifeguard there too. There were plenty of sun loungers.Pool area was lovely and quiet , there is also a jacuzzi in the adult area whick is lovely and relaxing. Bar is just a few steps away from pool area, fabulous drinks and branded too. Food was amazing , loved the Cypriot night , wished it had been on more! Will definitely return to this hotel again , could not fault it at all , No cheese for me ! Assistant manager will know what I mean !!! Haha,

After reading the reviews of Louis St Elias, I confidently booked a week for myself and my family. Upon turning up at the resort, I was immediately disappointed as it took us nearly 90 minutes to be checked in and given a room. We hadn’t been allocated a room and the receptionist had zero knowledge of our booking. With a young child at 2:30 AM, this was extremely stressful. Despite the situation at hand, the receptionist was friendly and assisted where possible. I could have easily looked past this as it was eventually remedied. However, following events caused further disappointment. The hotel itself wasn’t quite what I was expecting but It was nice enough. The food choice was also sufficiently diverse and enjoyable until myself (pregnant), my husband and my toddler contracted food poisoning which took three days to recover from. I am well aware that we were not the only family to suffer with this. On a lighter note, some of the staff were truly remarkable. Many friendly faces and often very helpful. The cleaners were exceptional also. In particular, the blonde lady whose name I didn’t manage to obtain. Contrary to this, I did have the misfortune of dealing with some very rude staff members. Namely “ Hany “ a staff member who deems it acceptable to throw bottles of water at guests whilst looking at you like you’re scum of the earth. Certainly not the service I paid for. As a well seasoned traveller, I have never in my life been subject to such rude treatment from hotel staff. The reviews of this hotel are awfully misleading which leads me to question the legitimacy of them. Having discussions with other guests at the hotel, the feelings were very mutual. Safe to say I would not recommend this hotel whatsoever.

This resort is truely amazing, not only are the facilities within the resort amazing, the staff are especially friendly and so helpful. The manager Φλουρής (Flouris) was fantastic, made us feel very welcome. Another major hit for me was the food, as someone who is allergic to egg and milk and an epipen user, the chef made sure everything was kept separate for me, walked me through all the dishes and any potential areas of cross contamination... very impressed! On top of that, the food itself is nothing like I've ever had before at a hotel, absolutely outstanding! Lastly a huge shoutout to the entertainment team, made the activities during the day so much fun, kids would love the activities pool and evening activities, and the adults can escape to the quiet pool if they wish... Would go back in a heartbeat, thank you everyone!!

This hotel is simply amazing. It is on the hill, so the view from the room was just fabulous. Also, just a short walking distant to the town and the beach. Everything here was just great - food, every night a different theme, and you must book a meal in their front restaurant - meze is to die for! Rooms were clean, people very friendly and the animation team was great. Also, worth to mention that cocktails are not watered down at all

Just returned home from a fantastic holiday. We chose this resort as a group to celebrate 2 birthdays, an anniversary, and a suprise engagement. From start to finish this place was fantastic starting with being delayed on the way out and being late arriving at the resort, the friendly staff made sure we had refreshments and a snack before being shown to our room. From then on, I found all staff very friendly, polite and helpful. This includes manager Flouris, who is an asset to the company as I have never seen a manager go around his guests taking the time to chat with them, making sure we are ok. The entertainment team was also fantastic from morning until late evening they did not stop. The food was very good with a good variety. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Second time staying at the resort. Had issues with out a/c's but was promptly addressed and corrected. Good food buffet for all meals. Nice pools and water slides. Excellent staff. Everyone friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to return in the future.
