Awful Hotel Take a look at my pictures They say it all Dirty hotel Jet2 should take this hotel off there books This is my second review as they asked me to rewrite my review The truth about this place is the staff are rude lazy and unhelpful This is the worse ever hotel we have stayed at and we have travelled all over the world Complained at hotel and jet2

Very nice place in protaras area on the beach with very good staff always smile and ready to help nice big room sea view view great swimming pool very nice I liked the food a lot of choices every night clean areas and rooms I will visit for sure next year

I was visited this hotel this September and I liked very much was clean room with nice sea view on the beach the best food clean hotel staff friendly always you can find something to eat.neat to all restaurants and bars. I will visit again soon.

This hotel is the pits. It’s very dirty and has not been maintained for about 15 years by the look of it. The pool bar staff are very rude and could not care less about you unless you are a bikini clad young lady. The food hall is like a detention centre and I wouldn’t eat a single thing from there. The sunbeds and Cabanas are a health hazard and are disgustingly dirty. The reception lady when we arrived at 9:30pm gave us about 3 minutes of her time with no explanation about anything. The lifeguard sits in a corner on her phone smoking all day. Our towels were tattered and torn. We arrived on Saturday evening and were gone by Midday on Monday. Jet 2 assisted us with the move to their credit. We went from all inclusive to B&B at our new hotel and paid £250 just to get the hell out of there. I could write all day but I think you get the gist. Avoid like the plague or you’ll probably end up getting the plague. I’d describe this hotel in 3 words. On its ****.

This is my second month in Cyprus another outstanding holiday even though the staff numbers have decreased the reception I got from everyone concerned with the hotel are second too none so polite and helpful they are a credit to tsokkos hotels I look forward to another holiday for the last week of the season and I see plenty of people who frequent the hotel on a regular basis this speaks for itself Thank you silver sands

The stay was very lovely and we loved the breakfast which was included in the package. The place was clean and it was friendly environment. We almost enjoyed everything during the stay. The staffs were very helpful and kind as well. Good service. Nice and clean accomodation. Just making up our mind to be here again on our next vacation.
