I had a great time in Iliada beach, staff is polite and the beach is amazing. Everything was super clean and tidy. 🙌🏻

It was very clean, big rooms, helpful staff. Especially the guys at the pool bar were excellent. Perfect location. I highly recommend it.

Location was amazing you can walk to the beach of Protaras. Sound proof is an issue you can hear the cleaners in the morning etc. The room was very good comfortable bed and renovated as wel.

What a wonderful holiday once more. This holiday is the best we had in all the years we have been at the iliada the hotel looks at it's best . From the guys at the bar to girls on the floors cleaning to the reception girls and the restaurant staff. Thank you iliada for making us coming back

HOTEL OLD AND IN SERIOUS NED OF RENOVATION. BOOKED HIGHT FLOOR B&B, SEA VIEW. GOT LOW FLOOR HOTEL OPPOSITE VIEW. BUT WAS GIVEN HALF BOARD. FOOD TIRED, NOT GOOD. RESTUARENT WAS NOT CLEAN, CORRIDORS LOOKED TIRED, ALL STAFF NICE. BUT HOTEL NOT.

The location is perfect, beautiful views and sunbeds really near beach. The food was catastrophic ! Breakfast was always the same,there is no chef that can ask what are the dishes. The only fish we have was fried fingers that you can get from the supermarket,I expected at least some real fish when you are at the sea.Everything is outdated,reastaurant smells awful and the only entrance is between WC and back side of the kitchen. WC was old and not clean they dont even have proper paper for hands. The room was ok but ours were not clean proper(they left the full bin with trash)

Ραγισμένα ποτήρια στο εστηατόρειο κάθε μέρα,μηδαμινή εξυπηρέτηση,λερωμένα σεντόνια στο δωμάτιο,κακή μυρωδιά σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο.Η διακόσμηση θύμιζε δεκαετία του 1980, το προσωπικό δεν μίλαγε αγγλικά και σχεδόν καθόλου ελληνικά..

Very clean accommodation. Mrs Elena and her colleague at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Big minus was the food which was not OK for the price. Also please correct following: when I book all inclusive with snacks etc I wait that I will find snacks and not only some fruits.
