Nogales Hotel & Convention Center Hotel was very nice choice, Because of the location and good services. I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk, There was a guy and a girl, They were very warm hearted and helpful, I want to say them thank you so much 🇨🇱👍👍

El hotel es un asco, sin mantenciones, hongos en los baños, baldosas rotas en los pasillos. El clima en las habitaciones para calor, aire acondicionado, para frío estufa eléctrica doméstica. WiFi con problemas, y tv funciona solo en algunas habitaciones, TODO MAL!

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, no molestan los ruidos del exterior al dormir, el desayuno es bueno y la atención también. Lo malo es las piezas les falta mantención, todo suena( ventiladores, aire acondicionado que solo tiene aire frió) nos pasaron calentadores por lo que no pasamos frío, en cuanto a la limpieza le falta ser mucho más exhaustiva, también pintura en habitación y baños. No hay teléfono para llamar a recepción, la recepción del wi-fi en las piezas más arriba es pésima por lo que no cargaban bien los televisores y tampoco había cable por lo que los niños se aburrieron en la habitación a ratos.

The maids were nice, but the front end staff messed up our reservation, claiming we had reserved only 1 room and changed us extra for the 2nd room. Next morning they miraculously had found the original reservation but now did not want to refund the extra night they had charged. ******* could not help, citing this was the hotel's policy (technically correct, as the extra night had not been booked through *******).
This also made us quite suspicious of leaving the $100 security deposit. But since it was 2AM we were out of options. It looks like the deposit was later released.
The Breakfast buffet was quite good.
Standards of rooms and hallways I would say "worn down" - obviously in need of re-flooring, re-painting.
Internet was a bit on and off; coverage a little on the spotty side but speed was ok when in range.
I'd recommend staying away due to the front desk mess and policies. Or at least make sure to not pay anything directly to the hotel, only through *******.
