Ein absolut top gelungener Umbau. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade in eine Suite im Haupthaus. Das Zimmer ist modern, aber sehr gemütlich im Alpenchic, mit unendlich vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten im offen gehaltenen Bad. Eine Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer machte die Einrichtung perfekt, was mich aber extrem gestört hat, dass man nach 6 Gratiskapseln, den Kaffee bezahlen muss Euro 2. Sehr kleinlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat meine Erwartungen voll übertroffen. Das Abendessen lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Ausflug in die Hütte hoch der Familie Waldner. Feines Barbeque-Buffet und tolle Stimmung mit Luis Kröss.

Very well-run hotel with excellent wellness facilities. Breakfast buffet, cake buffet and evening meal leave nothing to be desired. Service very attentive and friendly. Rooms clean and well-equipped. Beautiful location with a view of Merano.

We returned to the Maiena, we found many changes, all very beautiful, but the thing that struck us very much were the 2 beautiful Aufguss of an Italian Man, dressed first as a very funny pirate and then as a Venetian page boy with spectacular elegance. Thank you Maestro, we are regulars at Nordic saunas, but he really impressed us. Congratulations to Maiena for his staff, we will take this beautiful memory home, we will return soon to see new shows. TO.

Excellent hotel in the middle of nature and close to Merano. The Spa was excellent, the food was excellent and the welcome was excellent, the staff were helpful, very kind, I am very pleased that they welcome 4-legged friends.

For me/us, La Maiena is simply the perfect gourmet hotel in every respect. A host family with a lot of heart, the best location, rooms/suites in various categories (I've tried many), all absolutely perfect and very tastefully decorated, as you would expect in this category. The cuisine, be it the more than extensive and delicious breakfast buffet with only the best products, delicious sweets in the afternoon and the 6-course menu in the evening to die for. Wine selection !!!!!!! Super friendly and competent staff. When the weather is bad, which I had during my stay, there are so many options inside, whether wellness or beauty, that you're actually quite happy to be able to pamper body and soul in peace; because when the weather is nice you naturally stick to the outdoor areas, which are varied and classy and there are plenty of leisure activities here. I am a real La Maiena fan, which has simply been my favorite hotel in South Tyrol for many, many years. It should also be noted that you feel very comfortable here even if your partner is absent, the crowd is good, relaxed and classy and the staff, from the bartender Silvio to the good spirit of the house, Franzl, all take great care of you. It was our first time in Marling and at the La Maiena Resort. The photos on the internet with text reflect most things and everything is correct! Our junior suite was very large and corresponded to the offer. The small fridge was filled with various bottles free of charge and the Nespresso machine also had various capsules, which we did not use, however, because the breakfast was simply too opulent and too good. The beds with the box spring mattress were very good and we also found the various pillow options very pleasant. We always like a separate toilet with bidet from the washing area, so we felt our choice was the right one. The only drawback was the lack of cushions for the loungers on the large balcony. The room service was always attentive and the bed linen was changed after just 2 days; perhaps too much when you consider that this was actually not necessary. Two large bathing bags with fresh bath towels were also new every day and the towels were also changed perfectly. A lot of positive things have already been written about the food here, which we are happy to confirm. We cannot confirm that you won't get full from it. Everything was always very well seasoned and there were some interesting and tasty combinations. There were many alternatives if you didn't want to or couldn't eat certain meat or fish. The way it was presented was perfect; allergies were taken into account carefully. The hotel offered interesting excursions with the boss almost every day, or other excursions that you could take on your own. The various massage options are varied and the ones we used were good and not too expensive. The hotel has a free underground car park that can be reached above and below ground. However, as a first-time visitor you first have to get your bearings on the grounds in order to often find your way around again. Therefore, it would be advisable for a first-time stay to show the guest around the resort. The young service staff were always very friendly, polite and attentive. The only disadvantage is that in autumn, during the fruit and wine harvest, the otherwise quiet northern road is busier. You should also know that the sunny rooms at the front have a view of Merano and the rooms at the back no longer have any sun after about 4:30 p.m., but are of course quieter. The entire complex is very well maintained and clean; the various pools are also immaculate and the day baths and loungers are very comfortable. We can happily recommend the Maiena Resort.
